We had our honeymoon here in 2016 and the experience was phenomenal! Staff were very helpful, beautiful grounds and scenery, everything was excellent, it was clean, value for money was good and we are very much looking forward to going back! Looking forward to a second Honeymoon in November. We booked Preferred Oceanview on the top floor so we can see the Ocean above the trees. The room included 24 hour room service, access to the more private Chill Out bar on the water and also the deluxe restaurant we ate at most days. We highly recommend this resort.

Well this is certainly not. 4 star hotel! 2 weeks of being in rundown hotel that needs attention. We arrived on the 7th May after a very long flight and delayed transport (Tui) to be given a room that wasn’t even ours, we couldn’t unpack. Finally put in the right room the next day (2 doors down) balcony door looked like it had been broken into, plug sockets hanging off the wall , doors chipped , paintwork dirty. A very rundown hotel. The surrounding areas around the pools are noisy and people staying here have no respect. We used the beds on the beach most days and be aware the coastline is prone to seaweed. Make sure you use the app to book reservations or you will end up in the canteen that is like a bun fight. We tried to upgrade but to no avail so do it before or don’t bother go somewhere else with you cash! If you want better service make sure you have cash for tipping it maybe all inclusive but without tips you get poor service.

Can't book a restaurant on their app

We are here now and booked a privileged ocean view room, location of the room is gorgeous. We have been here 7 nights so far and have only been able to book one restaurant as the app is a total shambles, beloved restaurant is beautiful, but I don't want to look at the same menu for 11 nights..I feel really sorry for people who are not in a privileged room as they will have only eat at the buffet. This is our third visit and I'm afraid we won't be returning. If they sorted the restaurant problem out then we would maybe return as on the whole it's a lovely hotel with fabulous staff..but having a choice of restaurants is a massive factor in choosing our hotel
