Great, relaxing trip. Not a lot of bells and whistles. This resort is a good value. It has a calm, relaxing vibe. The staff is attentive and the room was clean. We had a nice view of the pool in a spacious balcony. Special shout out to our favorite bartender Geraldo. He has a great attitude and sense of humor. Never let our glasses get dry.

Personal at front desk rude. Phone in my room wasnt working, i went to the front desk and told them.. they never fixed it (6days at the resort) and i was telling them once a day so beasaclly i coudnt call i order room service.. the restroom in my room was dirty.. the shampoo and bodycream stinks like pee. Etc etc... im realy despointed

Amazing two weeks.

The service room, food (especially Italian restaurant) and drinks are just great. And of course, an amazing animation program. We really want to appreciate Boris and Ricardo for making us laugh everyday and Alan(the waiter) for being so nice and caring. This is just great hotel, nothing to add, we will be back.
