Robin, Arvid and Kitim, wete very professional, friendly and accommodating, in fact all of the staff from the receptionists, housekerpers, pool attendants, reaturant staff and pool attendants cannot be faulted at all. Literally service with a smile, I shall be recommending this hotel to anyone intenfing to visiti Siliema on holiday. A marvellous hotel, made even nicer by it's staff. Thsnk you one and all.

We stayed at Urban Valley Resort as a family with two young children. It was great. We had half board, the Pitamber team was very helpful and polite. Dinner was different every day. It was excellent. Our children love pasta, and the pasta was also different every day. It was perfect for us that they have high chairs for the children. They had a little playground for the kids it was great. The outdoor pools have a non-swimmer area. We can highly recommend it.

Firstly a big thank you to our beautiful Penthouse which was a pleasant surprise upgrade on arrival! We had 2 small children so the space was most welcomed. Secondly, Nadia you are such a lady (with great fashion style). I liked how you greeted each guest at dinner or breakfast with your notepad and wrote down and subsequently actioned any request. You nearly floated around the hotel. Very approachable and elegant. My mother who also joined us was very appreciative of you!! Our apartment was extremely clean, beds very comfortable. Pool area was spotless thanks to the hard working cleaners on duty who were always with a brush and bucket cleaning to a sparkle. It didn't go unnoticed. Head chef came to greet me and asked if my two children age 4 and 3 needed any additional food, a nice personal touch. Every night a different theme dinner. I particularly liked the potatoes and curry dish. The chefs all appeared very attentive with ensuring the food supply was always replenished and their uniforms always smart. The staff waiting the tables work very hard , especially the Maltese twins. Thank you. The staff at Thistles bar always polite and 5 star. I can only remember Peter and Kamal (spelling) and another man who I'm sorry I can't remember his name. They were all extremely gracious and I hope they know it was noticed. Indoor pool was lovely and warm. Very luxurious. I loved listening to the birds and the nature on the grounds. Shuttle service to Valetta in a clean and spacious transport was ideal thank you. There's a local Lidl about 5 min drive away. Trampoline, tennis court and pet farm near the car park which was absolutely so cute. Rabbits, donkey, hens and more. Cute play area. Non invasive near people who would like to relax by the pool. The hotel is overlooking fields and cactus plants. Loved it. Elegant music played in the restaurant. Excellent food. Only addition to dinner would be ice cream with the dessert and option to have tea or coffee with dessert Thanks?Thanks again lads and ladies. We will no doubt return to you.
