Het hotel ligt vlakbij de mooiste promenade van Dubrovnik, Uvala Lapad. De appartementen liggen op slechts 100 meter van de zee, die te bereiken is via een van de mooiste promenades van de stad. Hier zijn vele restaurants, bars en cafés te vinden en zijn ook parken waar de kinderen kunnen spelen. In de directe omgeving zijn ook een postkantoor, een bank, een winkelcentrum en een bushalte. De oude binnenstad en de uitgaansgelegenheden zijn in 10 minuten te bereiken met de auto, de bus of de taxi. De luchthaven Dubrovnik ligt op ongeveer 22 km van het appartementenhotel.Dit van airconditioning voorziene hotel is gebouwd in 2005 en voorzien van modern meubilair om de gasten een onvergetelijk verblijf te bezorgen.Alle appartementen beschikken over een eigen badkamer met een douche en een haardroger en bieden ook een tweepersoonsbed, een keuken met koelkast, keukengerei en de mogelijkheid om koffie en thee te zetten. Een eigen balkon of een terras is ook aanwezig. Tot de verdere voorzieningen behoren airconditioning, een televisie, een stereo-installatie, een wasmachine en een strijkijzer met strijkplank. It was a very nice appartement. It was very clean when we arrived and matched with the fotos online. We missed some essentials like scissors and we also would have wanted more storagespace. But overall, it was a very nice experience.

Great Apartment, Incredible view

We had a wonderful stay at the Apartments Lapad, yes, with our luggage it was a bit of a climb to the top floor, but you wouldn’t get the fantastic views from the balcony without the climb, so well worth it. The living space had everything we needed, most important of all was the air conditioning which worked a treat with the 35 degree heat outside, though just keeping the shutters down kept the room to a decent temperature. The bedroom was a nice size with a big comfortable bed, bathroom was adequate and the shower was excellent, there is also a washing machine in the bathroom if you need it. The apartment was situated in a great area with lots of bars and restaurants , supermarkets and bakeries, and very close to the bus stop, there’s a bus stop two minutes down the hill where you can buy tickets at the kiosk, but if you have a ticket already I’d recommend going to the bus stop three minutes up the hill as you will beat the crowds who get on at the next stop. The owner was very quick to respond to any questions we had by e mail, and also gave us some tips on things to do. Wi-Fi in the apartment was fast . No complaints whatsoever and would definitely stay here again.

Loved the aparment, its location and helpful owners. It was great that apartment had everything you might need. Location is wonderful as beaches, restaurants and bars are in walking distance. I highly recommend it!
