Fridge only restocked every other day. Sun-bed mattress covers needed changing more often. No bottles of water available around the pool. Some pool towels very worn.The staff were excellent very smart and professional the service was excellent the hotel grounds are beautiful and spotlessly clean . A great choice of food with good service in the buffet restaurant. Ala carte restaurants very good had several delightful meals. The check in and check out was effortless with the staff taking your cases to y our room

Very good resort and excellent team for entertainment and animation. Special thanks to Cristiano, Analy, Adilson, Maribel, Marilson, Amilcar and Keven. Very good quality of activities and superb facilities. All was perfect and we will for sure come back again

The staff is very friendly and Gelson und Azul Bar is very helpfull I can recommend this hotel to everybody who would likex to have funny, relaxing and very friendly moments on holiday In Pura Vida Bar is Cristian Best off, smiling, friendly
