De dichtstbijzijnde aansluitingen op het openbaar vervoer liggen op slechts 500 meter van het hotel en de omliggende omgeving is snel en gemakkelijk te bereiken via de snelwegen A4 en A22. Het hotel ligt 9 kilometer van het congrescentrum van Verona en 20 kilometer van het Gardameer. Het stadscentrum ligt op slechts 13 kilometer afstand en het hotel ligt ook op korte afstand van de luchthaven Verona Villafranca (4 kilometer). Dit stads- en luchthavenhotel beschikt in totaal over 182 moderne, lichte en luchtige kamers en biedt een voortreffelijk restaurant met houtoven en niet alleen typisch Italiaanse cuisine, maar ook een heerlijke, knapperige pizza, een Amerikaanse bar met panoramavensters met uitzicht op het buitenbad. Er is een zomerbar waar gasten kunnen genieten van onvergetelijke zwembadfeesten, dit in combinatie met 4 volledig uitgeruste conferentieruimtes en een fitnessruimte creëert een unieke en aangename sfeer. Het hotel is ideaal voor zowel zakenreizigers als vakantiegangers en verwelkomt ook gezinnen. Voorzieningen die aan de gasten op dit van airconditioning voorziene hotel worden geboden bestaan uit een ontvangsthal met een 24 uur per dag geopende receptie, een hotelkluis en een lift. Het hotel beschikt over een buitenbad van 1,200 m², een kinderbad in de vorm van een halve maan en 2 eilanden met palmen die een haast exotische atmosfeer creëren. Er is een groot gazon dat door loopt tot de nabijgelegen, eigen rijstallen. Op het gazon zijn vele blauwe parasols en ligstoelen te vinden. Tegen betaling kunnen de gasten zich ontspannen in de sauna, in het stoombad of met met een massage- of spabehandeling en sportliefhebbers kunnen trainen in de fitnessruimte.

A true nightmare !!!

We booked two triple rooms as the price was good for a claimed four stars hotel. Once at destination we've enteres and started to realize that not even one star should have been asssigned, we got room 103 and 203, as soon as we reached the room we just dropped the bags as we were in a hurry to reach Gardaland (the position of the hotel is good), prior leaving we spoke with the ladies at the reception (supernice, all of them) complaining that the rooms were not up to the 4stars claimed, not even good for a 1star hotel. One back in the hotel we've got the room 750 and 633 which compared witth the previos were better however still dirty and not up to expectations, we remained as the surrounding are did not offer a choice. Breakfast is rich, however the quality is very low and the service does not exist. It is definitively a place to avoid. While checking Out many customers were complaining.

Disaster is an easy word

Been there for a week in the beggining of august. On our arrival to check in we were met by a lot of young people which already made a bad impact as there was a big confusion around the reception. In the room we had nothing to very poor wifi coverage. The location of this hotel is in an industrial Area and there is no place near you can go for a drink or for a walk. The food was a disaster from begging to end and same crappy stuff which were always exposed to flys on food. Kids section always the same nuggets and chips, which sometimes we had to wait for half an hour to get a portion of chips. Sometimes we did nit have our room done and we had to go for towels at reception multiple times. One night we were woken in the middle Of the night by fire alarm which the stuff did not even know how to turn off! Not to mention the noises of young people partying till late nights and banging on doors! This hotel is not even worth 2 star let alone 4! Will never consider again

Excellent hotel with great service

Excellent hotel with great amenities, I am unsure of the negative reviews here. Hotel was excellent very large with many different areas, bar restaurant and swimming pools. There is a car park at the entrance which is open but safe, perfect for many cars and was not full during our stay. The check-in staff was very informative and helpful, the room was in what I presume was the older side of the building past the restaurant but was in excellent condition, large and clean. We were 2 adults with a dog and it was more than spacious enough, we had plenty of towels and the bedding was clean. The pillow was very thin but this was not a major issue. The room had a TV and small fridge inside. The breakfast was included and buffet style, many options available. Lunch and dinner were at an extra cost, we only had the lunch which was €20 per person again buffet style excluding drinks which you need to pay cash for. Lunch buffet was a lot nicer than breakfast which vegetables, pasta, meet, rice and dessert. Staff were very attentive and nothing seemed to run low, they were also on hand to clear tables away quickly and efficiently!! The pool area was very nice, good size pool with sun loungers for you to use one large pool and one children's pool. Large pool was deep in the middle but shallow on both sides so nice to relax in or swim. There was 2 life guards working and toilets close by. The bar was next to the pool and had an excellent selection of drinks and snacks! The service here was very good, friendly and attentive I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone, great location, restaurant, supermarket, petrol station and a great museum for cars close by!
