Het hotel van de betere categorie is centraal gelegen en in een straal van ongeveer 300 m zijn er tal van mogelijkheden om te winkelen, discotheken, bars, restaurants en is er een treinstation. Het strand ligt op ongeveer 1 km afstand. De transfer naar de luchthaven van Napels duurt ongeveer 75 minuten.Het in 2003 gerenoveerde hotel heeft een 5 verdiepingen tellend hoofdgebouw en een bijgebouw met zes verdiepingen. In totaal zijn er 128 kamers. Het gebouw ligt aan een hoofdstraat en heeft een ontvangsthal met 24-uursreceptie, een hotelkluis, een wisselkantoor en een garderobe. Voor de gasten is er verder een bar en een van airconditioning voorzien restaurant met niet-rokergedeelte (kinderstoeltjes aanwezig). Bovendien heeft het hotel ook een conferentieruimte. Auto's kunnen op de eigen parkeerplaats of in de garage van het hotel worden gestald. Room- en wasservice ronden het aanbod af.De comfortabel ingerichte kamers beschikken over een badkamer met douche, wc en haardroger, telefoon, satelliet-/kabeltelevisie, radio, minibar/koelkast, tweepersoons- of kingsize bed, airconditioning, centrale verwarming, balkon of terras en een huurkluis.

Ok, but not more than that.

Stayed for a night, location is a 10 minute walk into centre, q5 to the port. Good parking. Also for bikes, mine was in the cellar. Ok rooms, nothing fabulous. Horrible breakfast. I mean like real bad, powdered scrambled eggs, coffee was a powder machine affair.

Pros: - Central to everything in Sorrento so the location is good especially if you plan on doing lots of activities - Good shower - Room is spacious … but that’s about it Cons: - Noise of the lift could be heard constantly and it was quite loud. - Customer service doesn’t exist. Probably the worst I’ve ever experienced in a hotel. Not greeted, no effort in making guests feel welcomed at any stage during our stay. - Poor breakfast , not much to choose from and didn’t taste good. We had breakfast included and only got it the once. We went to ‘Bar del Carmine’ for breakfast and it was gorgeous. - Beds rock hard. - Rough decor could do with update , chips of paint, - Some charger ports were broke. - Don’t bother with sea view room.. looking into peoples gardens with a side view of pool. You can barely see the sea. - No leaflets about the hotel information, Weren’t told check out times dinner times etc. - Air con controlled by reception

Bit past it’s sell by date

Well it’s one of those Hotels that was lovely 10/15 years ago. Needs a refit and freshen up everything is tired and stuck in time warp,bit of a hike from City Center for older guest this is suitable for older person who wants do trips from and be picked up.
