One of the most beautiful sites and all inclusive property I've ever been to... so beautiful... architecture and gardens are a dream... My biggest disappointment was the food... not that great tasting, especially for being in Italy. The food in the Dominican Republic was 10 times better... As well, we could only eat at the buffet. We were unable to eat at the restaurant due to it being fully booked during our 3 night stay, and, that was even being there with a friend who had a platinum status with Club Med... we thought that was kind of funny.

Bad price/quality ratio, basic, underwhelming

Where do I start....I paid almost 5000 euros for: + decent, clean gym with ok equipment + quality local food + nice views of the cliff and Cefalu town (I recommend visiting it - 45 min walk one way) + 2 ping pong tables + sleep quality for me was good and I am a very light sleeper (the fact that I was rather close to the events and there was music until almost midnight did not really bother me that much). + food quality was good, however I would have appreciated more diversity + desserts are to die for (that's one of the best things about this resort) - passive-aggressive staff (especially one particular guy at the bar, another in reception, another organizing hikes). Everyone else was ok. - it's supposed to be "exclussive" and "restored" but it's literally worse than Palmiye - the place does not seem renovated fully to me. - food was very good, but lacked a bit of diversity (on many occasions I found myself going for burgers instead of the usual pizza and pasta) - the amphitheatre was not used at all and events were mostly held around the pool where it's uneven and very slippery. I'm surprised nobody got injured. - the evening "fun stuff" was just very basic and cringe. the space was just too tight and around the pool - quite uneven and sometimes wet. - did a hike and the guide just wandered around picking up wild asparagus. Luckily who was ahead stopped to wait for others, otherwise we would've definitely gotten lost. - spa was nice with ok amenities, did not get the massage we wanted and they tried to sell us extra stuff they claimed we needed - the beach bar is poorly placed, especially when there's big waves - it makes the area completely unusable - but hey - events still happen there. - I get Club Med is a French owned place but still there are only English speakers there. The local staff should be trained on English... - Did archery - training was just 1 minute (that's fine), but they got a Deutsche Bank event for 20-30 people that were crammed in that tiny place, made a lot of noise and disrupted mine and my wife's first try at archery. Not cool really. - There's a pool on the other side of the resort which looks like a swamp, it's got frogs swimming in it. Luckily it was not used at all. - don't bother playing football there - the pitch is cement as opposed to astro-turf, there's coffee cups around the goals and it's poorly maintained. - no beach volleyball even though advertised Conclusion: "exclussive collection" means just "old".
