just ok, but great location

Room was clean but the size of a shoe box. Very small bathroom. Bed was hard as a rock. Nice staff and very helpful. Great location, very close to both Trevi and Spanish steps. Definitely not a 4 star hotel. Closer to 2!

Very nice hotel

A very nice hotel located in a very central location. It is important to say that all the attractions in Rome are within walking distance of the hotel. The room is very spacious, good and daily service. Strangely, the reception is in another building, across the road. Also our bed was very hard, excessively so. It's important to say that we also left feeling a little sour, because we asked them to call us a taxi to the airport and they charged us more tomorrow than we got on the outbound trip.

The location of this hotel must be one of the best for Rome sightseeing. Although on a main traffic junction the traffic sound I found acceptable. We stayed in room 301, on the front of the hotel overlooking the junction spacious with everything you need...... apart from coat hangers, only 4 in our wardrobe. Strange fact cups, saucers and spoons but no kettle to make tea or coffee. We booked bed and breakfast, and found an extensive "continental" selection which also included bacon and scrambled eggs. A microwave was available if anything needed warming. The only issue we had with the hotel was the size of the breakfast room. Realistically this room would only seat 6/8 people in comfort but there are roughly 20 seats in the room. We avoided the issues by arriving early for breakfast, before 08:00 (breakfast was from 07:00 until 10:30. That being said the location of the hotel, the comfort of the room gave more plusses than minuses, and we would definitely stay again.
