Dit aantrekkelijke jeugdhotel bevindt zich aan de stadsrand van Rome. In de nabije omgeving (ongeveer 200 meter) vindt u tal van winkelmogelijkheden en verschillende bars. Een halte van het openbaar vervoer vindt u op slechts 100 meter afstand. Op ongeveer 1 kilometer afstand bevinden zich discotheken. De luchthaven Fiumicino ligt op 45 minuten rijafstand, luchthaven Ciampino op 30 minuten.Dit hotel uit de hogere middenklasse werd in 2003 geopend en heeft een hoofdgebouw met 3 etages en een bijgebouw. Het beschikt over 48 kamers. De van airconditioning voorziene ontvangsthal heeft een 24 uur geopende receptie, huurkluis, wisselkantoor, een lobbybar en liften. Verder heeft het een gezellig café. Tevens kunnen de gasten de televisiekamer en de openbare internetterminal gebruiken. Zakelijke reizigers kunnen gebruik maken van meerdere conferentiezalen. Roomservice en wasservice completeren het aanbod. Auto's kunnen op de parkeerplaats van het hotel geparkeerd worden.De stijlvol ingerichte kamers van het hotel hebben alle een eigen badkamer met wc en haardroger. was given free breakfast for being Diamond select, but breakfast didn't start until 7:00 am, so was not able to use 3 of 5 days. Staff was very friendly, helpful and professional. rooms were clean and bedding was very comfortable. Shower was small but had good water pressure and fixtures were modern. rooms were modern, but air conditioning was not adequate to keep room at 68 degrees which I like. Temperature was more like 72.

Small hotel on the outskirts of Rome

Small hotel on the outskirts of Rome. We stayed for 4 nights in a cosy basement family room. Cleanliness was good although a slight problem with ants in the bathroom. Breakfast was a basic continental offering which sufficed but could have done with a few more options. Staff were polite, friendly and helpful and were always happy to recommend local restaurants and organise taxis when needed. You could hop on the local bus to get into town which took about 20-25mins. Overall a pleasant stay.

We visited this hotel before Covid. First, it is a lovely hotel there are a few things that staff need to address to.make it better. If you are going to stay there get a room that is on the side that is nearer the lobby. If you have to go down the stairs past the gym I found the room we stayed with my daughter to be cramped basement room. The room was not for 3 people. The bathroom was cramped with a shower no where to put soap in the shower I rested on top of the shower. Never done that before. I also noticed a lot of things did not seem to work in rm 107, a broken chair, you would do yourself great damage sitting on it, we reported this to reception and the sink blocked up, now management were good to.visit to sort this out the blocked sink. Be careful with the chair in rm 107 though. Breakfast is a budget affair, I would grade it at average to below average. As the hotel is not in the centre why not source better quality pastries. The ones on offer can not be found in the shops or cafes nearby. Beware as food is not labelled. Chocolate in a croissant is fine but nutella is not good for anyone with a nut allergy, my husband avoided that as my daughter and test food on offer. Cost cutting is fine but offer better quality. Saucers for grown ups for the cooked breakfast is a bit.mean. The hotel is located quite near to the metro.which is obviously good for getting into the centre for tourist bits. There are lots of good shops, restaurants and places for breakfast outside ARS and the pricing is fair. You can get good food locally which is.why what the hotel offers stands out as poor. The amenities at the hotel, there is a lovely suntrapped terrace.but ARS you will need to hose down the terrace furniture if you don't it leaves a white chalk like residue on clothing. This hotel is not cheap and post pandemic they need to do more. The staff are nice but not going out of their way and for that reason when I visit Rome again, I won't stay here again.
