Dit moderne hotel ligt in het hart van de voorstad Mestre; naar het centrum is het niet ver. Met de bus (de halte bevindt zich voor het hotel), is het slechts 10 minuten naar het historische centrum van Venetië. Winkelmogelijkheden en bars liggen op niet meer dan 100 m van het hotel; de dichtstbijzijnde disco ligt op 2 km afstand.Het in 1968 gebouwde hotel ligt aan een hoofdstraat en beschikt in totaal over 126 gastenkamers, verdeeld over 8 verdiepingen, waarvan 14 eenpersoonskamers, 77 tweepersoonskamers en 35 appartementen. Het hotel verwelkomt zijn gasten in een ontvangsthal met receptie die 24 uur per dag geopend is, een hotelkluis, een wisselkantoor, een garderobe, een café, een lobbybar en een lift. Het heeft een uitnodigend, van airconditioning voorzien à la carte restaurant. Zakenreizigers kunnen gebruik maken van de conferentieruimte en internettoegang. Great location but loud

Room was clean and friendly reception staff. Great location to get the bus into Venice each day. It was a maze to find the room and the walls must be thin as there was a lot of noise from other rooms and the outside street. You could hear the flush, doors slamming, people coming back etc that would be very loud in the room.

- The only good thing was spacious room but noisy due to on-road traffic. - ACs dont work properly and the room can get too cold. - Which 4* hotel charges extra for reliable wifi ? - Rude cafeteria staff in general.

Basic hotel, not a typical 4*

Stayed at the hotel as a part of a tour. Was looking forward to staying in a 4* hotel and was somewhat disappointed when we arrived. The hotel is very basic and dated, decor is old and in need of a refresh. The room itself was okay, cleaned to a good standard but again, very basic. The duvet was so thin and given it was 10degrees and cold outside, and there was no working heating in the room, it was a cold night sleep at times. The walls are thin and you can hear the neighbours, so it’s a luck of the draw if you get polite or noisy neighbours. The breakfast was very poor, on both mornings we had a cup of tea only. Location wise, it’s perfect as it’s situated directly opposite to the bus station that will take you directly to Venice and this was the peak of the hotel. Definitely not what I would rate as a 4* hotel.
