Amazing place with wonderful staff and views to die for

I don’t normally write reviews but felt this place needs the credit it deserves. Me and two friends went to celebrate our 40th Birthdays together and we are so glad we stayed at Parco San Marco what a place!! The views are simply stunning from all around the resort, the staff were amazing so helpful nothing was ever too much trouble for them even down to the grounds men everyone was willing to help and were there making sure you had everything you need. The restaurant stuff in particular were amazing! We stayed for 3 nights we just wish it was longer, our room was comfortable and spotless just like the rest of the resort, the beds were comfy and waking up to that view every day just wow! The resort does have lots of stairs but that was to be expected at it is set into the mountain and wasn’t ever a problem as the grounds are beautiful so it was a pleasure to walk through these, there are elevators if needed. Getting to the resort can be tricky and quite costly using a taxi. We decided to take the train from Milan Malpensa to Lugano station then the bus which once we knew what we were doing was actually really easy and gave us the opportunity to see more of this beautiful place. We used the buses from right outside the hotel to travel to different places these are cheap and easy but finish early so just check timings. We had a day at the Aria Spa whilst there all I can say is “do it” you won’t regret it it’s stunning! In all this place is stunning we were all totally amazed by it, the staff and people in Italy are wonderful, friendly, polite and helpful. We had the most amazing stay, made treasured memories and can not thank everyone at Parco San Marco enough. We will definitely be back I’m planning on bringing me husband and children this summer I can’t wait…

This is our fifth stay at Parco San Marco, we love the place and come back every year with different family members. The views are beautiful, the staff are very friendly and the food is good. This is the second time I’ve brought my parents. This year, we got off to a slightly rocky start due to a minor mishaps on day 1. That being said, we received a very sincere personal apology and, to our great surprise, were upgraded to the aria lifestyle resort which is world class and has what I’d suggest is the best spa in Europe and the Americas. The upgrade was a very kind and generous gesture. Special thanks to Svetan, Giulia, Innes, Frederica, Alicia and the very pleasant lady from front desk who’s new to the resort and kindly walked us to bascilico pizza restaurant one lunchtime (I’m sorry I’ve forgotten your name). The pizzas are great and the mushroom risotto in Masseria restaurant is my favourite. The wines are also very good and there is a great selection by bottle. The wines by glass are also very nice….in terms of offering some constructive feedback, and if possible, could you please consider widening the wine selection by glass Parco San Marco? Thank you Parco San Marco, we’ll be back next year and, in the meantime, continue to sing your praises to friends and family. New for this year was the aria gin martini, which was divine. PS we missed Roberto this time! Understand he is on leave. Send our regards!

relaxing family vacations & excellent food

We had a great family vacation in Parco San Marco. The variety and quality of amenities is very good - for all age categories. The separate restaurant for families with kids makes it relaxing and the kids had a lot of fun with the waiters. The food is very tasty but dish sizes nearly too large for a 4 course dinner. The suite had a great view on the lake. It was just a pity that the non refundable room rate was not available with half board. We are looking forward to go back.
