Dit stadshotel heeft een strategische ligging op slechts 5 minuten van het treinstation Santa Maria Novella en recht tegenover de St. Lorenzo Basilica. De kathedraal en de doopkapel liggen op slechts 120 meter en de Galleria degli Uffizi en de Ponte Vecchio liggen op ongeveer 200 meter van het hotel. De luchthavens Peretola en Galileo Galilei liggen respectievelijk 20 en 80 kilometer ver.Dit stadshotel ligt in een indrukwekkend gebouw dat stamt uit de renaissance. Vanuit het hotel hebben gasten een uniek uitzicht op de smalle straatjes en de typisch Toscaanse daken. Het hotel is compleet gerenoveerd in 2010 en biedt alle voorzieningen die men vinden kan in een hotel van superieure klasse. Toch heeft het de intieme sfeer en oog voor detail behouden. Gasten die de ontvangsthal binnen komen, verkeren meteen in het oude Florence. Het hotel is volledig voorzien van airconditioning en beschikt in totaal over 19 kamers, een televisiekamer en een ontbijtruimte.De kamers met eigen badkamer beschikken over faciliteiten als een haardroger, een telefoon, een satelliettelevisie, een wekkerradio, internettoegang, een bureau, een minibar, de mogelijkheid om koffie en thee te zetten en een kluisje. De eigen badkamer heeft douche/wc en badkamervoorzieningen. great location, very friendly staff hotel needs a bit of tlc

very friendly staff. Hotel needs a bit of tlc. wire habging out of the wall. Breakfast very nice with a good choice. Breakfast room a bit tatty with tarpaulin all disheveled on the glass roof. Chairs are too low for the table. Beds are very comfortable, no where to put your toiletries on in the bathroom so had to put on the floor. Bedroom had a slight sewers smell. Swimming pool you have to pay extra for to use. location is perfect and only a little walk to the top sites.

It's The Perfect Location in Florence

I cannot tell you the last time we stayed in a boutique hotel that was so friendly and accommodating. The entire staff smiled, was friendly and cheerfully answered questions that I'm sure they must have been asked hundreds of times in the past. What this little treasure might lack in room size is made up by their delight in having guests. Breakfast. We had NO IDEA we would be treated to such a generous breakfast as part of our hotel stay. There was something for everyone. Location. Little did I know that we had chosen (or our tour company had:-) one of the very BEST locations in Florence. It was within walking distance of everything we wanted to see. OH! Also within easy walks to so many good restaurants. We chose a different one every night (even though we wanted to go back to the one we had "last night" because it was so delicious) THANK GOODNESS we had plenty of opportunities to walk with all of that delicious food! One downside is that, as is common in Italy, there is no elevator. The hotel staff WILL help you slug your bags up the stairs but you still have to carry yourself during your visit:-)

Perfect walking distance from station and everything you like to see. Very nice people, very polite and friendly Fantastic breakfast with fresh Italian coffee, cakes and everything else you wish. Federica always made everything possible with a smile and polite attention. Pay attention to the extra city tax to pay for your holiday at the end, if is not in your package and if you intend to sleep longer in the morning take in consideration, not having no 10 room. Everything else, clean, tidy, Fantastic people and lovely time Thank you
