Very nice hotel with premium location

Location is great. Actually cannot be better. The room was nice and clean but at this price we expected more. A bit outdated and in need of renewal/refreshment. Bathroom was clean and comfortable although we would have been happy if the shower was bigger. Beds were very comfortable. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was tasty with rich choice, excellent quality of products and good coffee. Generally this nice hotel is a bit outdated. The lobby is very small , but does not really matter if you don't look for it.

Perfect location with views of the Ponte Vecchio. Walking distance to so many restaurants and shops. The front-end staff is very friendly and welcoming and allowed us to store our luggage while our room was getting ready. The room is large with a nice-sized bathroom and lovely bottles of body wash, shampoo, and conditioner. 2 free hotel T-shirts were waiting for us on our bed which was a lovely touch. The room had slippers and robes if that's something you like. Hot breakfast was included and so worth it. Do not skip this! The people working the breakfast were kind and accommodating. The coffee was perfect. Even though this hotel is in a crowded area the rooms are completely soundproof. There is also a wonderful sitting area on the roof where you can relax and have drinks and look over the beauty of Florence.

Unbearable location and elegant hotel

I stayed this hotel for three days while visiting Florence, which has best locations and great views from hotel window. This hotel is next to the famous Uffizi Museum and Ponte Vecchio. I really like the high ceiling in the hotel room and the traditional decor. I hope this hotel will continue to keep that. The bathroom is very nice and spacious. The bar on the top floor has magnificent view of the city. And cocktails are wonderful. I also received free T shirts at check in which is very nice. The only problem is that there is no tea or coffee supply in the rooms, I requested a kettle for my room and some tea bags. Not sure if I will get charged if I need to get more tea bags. It would be nice to have a cup of coffee in the rooms in the early morning. But I will definitely recommend this hotel to travellers who wants to stays in the heart of the city. 10 minutes walking to all the attractions and lots of good restaurants near by. The river view room is worth it.
