We had the best service ever, while we were in Italy. It was pouring with rain, and we went into the cocktail bar and had some drinks and nibbles, and was served by the loveliest politest Barman called Rosario. What a lovely person he is. He really brightened up our day and actually if I go back to stay in the Amalfi Coast and if he’s working there, I would book purely because the service was so good . We are staying at the Sant Catrina which is lovely as well . But I must say that was the best service we have had since we’ve been a Italy . Thank you for brightening up a very rainy wet day .

Incredible from start to finish! We were warmly welcomed by a friendly team of reception staff and shown to our room which had an incredible terrace with fab views of Positano. We were also provided with a bottle of bubbles (10yr Anniversary). The staff are amazing and the hotel absolutely stunning, especially the pool area and the views from there. Breakfast and Lunch were superb and again the staff were excellent! If arriving by ferry then the hotel is perfectly positioned, if arriving by car then you may want the the hotel to helps with your bags as it's quite the walk! We will hopefully return again soon!

Gorgeous waterfront hotel. The view from my balcony was unbelievable! The staff at the restaurants and at the pool were so charming and helpful. The hotel is very clean and well kept. I can’t wait to go back!
