The anticipation of booking the wrong hotel based on reviews I read after booking this hotel led me to emailing the reception before leaving with my requests and concerns to clarify a number of things from April 23 reviews. Well it made me worried it was going to be the worst holiday I have booked in a long time and i thought, no, let me give them a chance. Well I was honestly really impressed. The staff were friendly, the place clean and yes there's ants however didn't have any where I ate or in my room so bonus. The pools were clean and the food was great. ALL INCLUSIVE COCKTAILS there's not many great ones however it was good value to what was provided, i would recommend. Yes, the weather was commented on however this is well outside any hotels power's but zeus seemed to look after the weather for 3 out of the 4 days and we then used the rainy day to get a car and explore. The whole set up is good value and yes there's 5 star and 5 star but look at the price you pay and set your expectations its not the top class 5 stars though the price again reflects this in my opinion. I would love to see proper coffee the bean to cup on the all inclusive and some kind of premium cocktails however a great stay and warmly welcomed and looked after. Some of the reviews mentioned alot of French and yes that's the case however seems a good thing to me going to a foreign country you should embrace different cultures and i met some great people from all different countries and would highly recommend.

The overall experience is quite good. Although, the hotel is definitely not worth 5 stars. The beach was full of dead see plants and it was not cleaned once. The room was full of dust and it was not cleaned once. There were a lot of serious constructional defects in the room. There was only shampoo in the room and no shower gel and it was not supplemented the whole stay. The bedsheets were not changed even once. On the other hand, the stuff was very friendly and welcoming, the view was amazing. The food was nice. The neighbourhood is quiet and calm.

Very nice! Everything you’ll need

Me and my family (4 people) stayed in apartment with sea view and private pool for 10 nights. It was amazing two room apartment with one big bed in one of them and we paid for 2 additional beds in another room. There was plenty of space, fridge, everything to make tea and coffee, shower, bath (with masage function!) and toilet. Housekeepers came every day and were very nice. We could see the sea through the window, there was also a beach with chairs and umbrellas (for free). And bar near the beach, so we could get drinks there. There were two more pools for general use. One where music is playing and the activities (games, aquagym, zumba) takes place and a quet one on the other side. Everything was clean and prepared for our use. There are 3 bars. 2 are open during the day and 1 in the evening. This one was our favorite and the staff there was amazing. We became friends with Kostas, he is very good at his job and also very nice person. He memorised our favorite drinks and made new ones that were not on the menu. The bartenders that work there really made sure we had fun. ️ The Captain’s restaurant is amazing! The food there is very delicious, many options, food varies on different days. The staff is very pleasant and polite. Since there are many french tourists, most of the activities are in french, but they also repeat everything in english. The programs are fun, animators are friendly and polite. We enjoyed the program. The location of hotel is very convienient. It is not far away from the airport and we could easily reach any destination by car or bus. All in all, we really enjoyed our stay. There was everything we needed and the staff was extremly friendly. Would definetly recommend staying here!
