Belair Beach Hotel

Belair Beach Hotel is on the west coast of Rhodes and sits just steps from Ixia beach. The dÈcor throughout the hotel is light and simple, and each room has its own balcony. There's an outdoor pool, where you can take a refreshing dip, as well as a smaller kids' pool. When you fancy a break from the water, you can take a short stroll down to the beach, which is mostly sandy. The hotel has a buffet restaurant, a snack bar and two other bars to keep you fuelled. You'll also find restaurants and bars within walking distance of the hotel. For those who like to stay active on holiday, Belair Beach Hotel offers table tennis and mini golf, and you can also use a pool table or tennis equipment and a court to have a knock about. For those who'd prefer to do some sightseeing, the famously well-preserved Rhodes Town is a short drive away, and you can also reach it by taking one of the regular buses running from Ixia. Once there, you'll find shops, medieval buildings and plenty of bars, cafÈs and restaurants where you can try the local cuisine.

Ixia beach is 50m from the hotel and accessed via steps. It's a mostly sandy beach and can catch a few waves depending on the wind direction. Rhodes Town is 3.5km away, although its heart, Cyprus Square (Platia Kyprou), is a little further away (4.5km in total). Around this area you'll find boutiques, jewellery shops and tailors, and in the surrounding streets there are plenty of bars and restaurants. The Old Town is set around the harbour, where you'll also find plenty of cafÈs to sit and admire the historic architecture and watch the yachts coming and going.

Breakfast, lunch and dinner are available at the buffet restaurant, with non-alcoholic and local alcoholic drinks to choose from. Between meal times, the snack bar is open for light bites and serves ice cream throughout the day.

The hotel offers table tennis and mini golf, while tennis courts and equipment can also be rented. There are two pools and a children's playground.

All the rooms at Belair Beach have a balcony, satellite TV and Wi-Fi. Air conditioning is available during the summer season (June-September).
