Het grote en moderne hotel bevindt zich aan een betoverend strand in een unieke omgeving en is gelegen in een bloeiende groene tuin. Het ligt in Faliraki op het zuidoostelijke deel van het eiland, slechts ca. 14 km van Rhodos verwijderd.Het hotel beschikt over een ontvangsthal met een 24 uur per dag geopende receptie, een hotelkluis, een wisselkantoor, een lift, een televisielounge en conferentieruimten. Verder is het voorzien van een café, minimarkt, kapper, hotelbar, snackbar, een van airconditioning voorzien restaurant en een speelplaats. Buiten het hotel is parkeergelegenheid aanwezig.De zeer ruime kamers hebben een eigen badkamer met haardroger en een centraal geregelde airconditioning. Verder hebben ze een telefoon, satelliet/kabeltelevisie, radio met 3 muziekzenders, een koelkast en een veranda met uitzicht op de zee of de tuin.In het buitengedeelte bevindt zich een zwembad met kinderbassin en een zwembadbar. U kunt tennissen en trainen in de fitnessstudio. De dichtstbijzijnde golfbaan ligt in Afandou op een afstand van ongeveer 5 km.De gasten kunnen het ontbijt en het diner zelf in het restaurant aan een buffet samenstellen.

The beds were comfy and the room was cleaned to a good standard everyday did complain at the beginning of our stay but one of the receptionists made our stay extra special and went above and beyond to make our stay amazing and was nothing but polite and kind to us and made sure to treat us with respect and care the lady behind the bar in reception was always such a lovely character and a lovely lady to be around definitely worth the money and would return thank you Apollo beach especially the lady behind reception and thank you to Apollo blue for our al a carte all the staff there were sensational ❤️

A story of good and bad.

When we arrived as a family in the evening I was worried as the receptionist (older gentleman) was not very welcoming and took a while to get our rooms and first impressions were… oh no! I believe he knew we were left uneasy as he allowed us to have free Wi-Fi for the week for all the rooms. This would of been 15 euros per room for two devices for the week and we had three rooms. So was left appreciative of the gesture, but should it not be free? On entering the rooms, they are a little dated, but was clean and everything that you would need. Beds were on the firmer side, but I like that. The housekeeping was spot on and always kept nice daily. Two things stick out that was disappointing is 18 euros for use of the Safe, this should be free and this is the first time I’ve experienced a cost for security in your room? Secondly was the Air Con or lack of! We did go down and speak to reception and (Yasmina) explained that it would be looked at in all three rooms we had. We then found out from the elder gent at reception that the Air Con is off?! Temperature was Avg 25 but would drop only to 18-19 at night, room temp was around 21-22 and was just hot at night and would of been nice for people that like it cooler at night. At reception we found that Yasmina was just plain rude and even raised her voice at myself when asking for some table tennis balls The elder gent came to the hotels rescue and brought two table tennis balls to us, as I think he was embarrassed by his colleagues behaviour. The grounds are lovely and a lot of care goes into looking after it all. The beach is lovely and the clearest sea I’ve ever seen. The food was hit and miss and the drink menu for all inclusive very basic and could do with more options, as a lot of the popular cocktails and drink brands you have to pay for. The kids did take advantage of the pizza and waffles and this was the highlight. The bar staff and restaurant workers were very polite and attentive. It has a lot of potential, but is just spoilt in some areas, but nothing that could not be resolved with training and expenditure in areas. I would not recommend this holiday destination as it currently stands, which is a shame.

Hotel rooms were very old and in need of refurbishment. AIR CONDITIONING didn't work and when we complained we were told it would be dealt with but it never was. The man at main desk was rude to us from check in until we left at the end of our vacation but the rest of the reception staff were helpful and polite. The food was OK but not great. The pool, restaurant and bar areas were very nice but the main pool was ice cold. The Jacuzzi was not working for the entire time we were there. Beds were OK but not great (two singles pushed together) The biggest problem was lack of sleep at night due to being very hot and sweaty because the AC didn't work. The rooms were kept nice and clean to the credit of the cleaning staff, waiting staff and bar staff were very good too.
