Dit aantrekkelijke hotel heeft een heerlijke ligging direct aan het zandstrand. Na enkele meters bereikt u de typisch Griekse taveernes alsmede vele winkel- en amusementsmogelijkheden. Met de bus zijn de dorpen Chersonissos en Malia snel te bereiken. In de onmiddellijke omgeving van het hotel bevindt zich een halte van het openbaar vervoer.Dit schitterend gelegen hotel wordt omringd door een verzorgde tuin en heeft een hoofd- en bijgebouw met in totaal 200 kamers. De uitnodigende ontvangsthal heeft een 24 uur geopende receptie, een wisselkantoor en een lift. Verder beschikt het hotel over een kiosk, een discotheek, een theaterzaal, een speelkamer en een tv-lounge. Verder biedt het plaats aan 3 gezellige cafés, een bar en 3 uitstekende restaurants met airconditioning en kinderstoelen voor de kleintjes. U kunt ook gebruik maken van de openbare internetaansluiting. Als extra diensten biedt het hotel roomservice, wasservice en medische dienst. Verder zijn er een speeltuin en een miniclub. Family perfect holidays...

First holiday as a family and we are pleased we chose this hotel. Beautiful and daily clean room with nice view. The only negative if I can say about our holidays was the weather, rainy and slightly cold in the evening and the delay of the service in the restaurant. This was not a big problem because we had a good time and the hotel staff is responsible for that. You could see that they work hard and try to serve the customers as best as they can. A big thanks to the noble Antonios, the head of the bars for the attention he offered to my family and who leads his team for the best service in the morning and evening. Worth visiting the hotel, is good value for money. I have no complaints and we will visit it again.

Great family holiday

This hotel is beautiful and we had a fabulous holiday. Everywhere was spotless and could not fault anything. On arrival we were greeted with food and a bottle of wine in the room and offered a drink at the bar even though all inclusive had finished for the day. All the staff at reception, bar and restaurant were so friendly and service was excellent. Located right near a string of bars and shops if you wished to venture out the hotel. Highly recommend the excursion shop opposite the hotel for any trips you want to book. One thing to be aware of is the beach at the hotel is very rocky and there is an undercurrent which can become quite dangerous. The hotel are aware and hopefully this will be monitored by a lifeguard and new signs going up. As a hotel I cannot find fault with anything.

This is a beautiful hotel . Well situated with many bars and restaurants on the same street . There is a clothes / leather shop opposite some nice things there . I always research hotels before booking and wasn’t disappointed . On arrival a snack and bottle of wine provided . Modern coffee machine in each room , we went to the local shop to buy coffee and milk as not keen on the coffee pods . It is spotlessly clean all over the hotel . Fresh towels daily . Food is nice and varied no complaints we did eat in the Al a carte one night which is included in all inclusive , not much difference in the food but nice to have waiter service . In the main restaurant drinks are served to your table , food is self service . The hotel is very modern throughout we had a sea view room with balcony and my father had a junior suite which was ultra modern. Fridge in each room restocked as needed with AI . Entertainment karaoke/ bingo/ quiz if that’s not to your taste plenty of music locally . 2 pools we spent most time at the infinity pool - lovely. My father had a fall by the pool excellent treatment by the local doctor and health centre which the hotel sorted . The staff in this hotel make your holiday they are so friendly and go out of their way to make your stay special. The hotel has a great footfall and flow . Had a massage in the spa by Katherine - best massage I have ever had well worth the money and the oils were lovely. Jet 2 rep not very knowledgable we booked excursions over the road great knowledge lady . One trip to Spinalonga the former Leper island great historical tour with swim stop and bbq . Another trip to Santorini on the sea jet Catemeran . Santorini beautiful but be aware you need sickness pills for the journey ours was so bad they sent a bigger boat for return we did manage to buy pills from the pharmacy on the island . Make sure you are back in plenty of time for the boat back as they do not wait for anyone. Only one bad experience which is nothing to do with the hotel . Please be aware the hotel is on the beach facing a rocky piece of sea you need to go further on to have a swim but BEWARE there is a very bad undercurrent which drags you toward the rocks . Me my husband and another family member had to be helped out the waves are so strong and the rocks jagged . We got talking to a couple who sit on the same stretch of beach every year and there is always someone getting into difficulty . One guy from the local bar told us that he goes into the sea every morning to assess the current it is so strong and deceiving. We are strong swimmers and had no idea we are being dragged towards the rocks there are no signs on the beach and no lifeguard. I did tell the hotel , there needs to be signs warning people of the dangers I definitely would not want anyone to get into difficulty which we were it was very frightening . According to the couple who rescued us someone lost their life there last year so please take care , we did seek out the people who helped us they told us this information so we know it is correct . To sum up excellent hotel 5 star would definitely recommend.
