Nice hotel but poor drink/food

Stayed here for a week mid May with a friend. Hotel itself was nice clean and modern, hotel staff are pleasant and friendly. We had all inclusive for the week but realistically was a waste of money. Food was below average buffet area was very small (about 9 dishes) and food choices was extremely limited. Some of the food is not listed in English only German which made things difficult unless it was immediately obvious. We ended up eating out at local restaurants some nights as food was repetitive. Breakfast they don’t offer much hot options and savoury wise only dry bread and pastries which taste like they had been left out for a week.All fizzy drinks such as coke and lemonade were flat and not enjoyable to drink. Area was good location bars in stalis about 20 minute walk nice in the evening. Overall would stay in hotel again as it was clean and modern but would avoid doing all exclusives as it wasn’t worth it. I had better quality food and drink outside hotel.

I had the most amazing time at Kyknos Beach Hotel. The staff were always friendly and made me feel welcomed which was s huge positive. As this was my first solo trip by myself, I did not know what to expect but I am so glad that I chose this hotel because it was everything and more. The selection of food was great as well as my hotel room. I would definitely book a trip in the near future.

lack of cleanliness

little cleanliness in the rooms with cockroaches walking through the curtains, and next to the canteen where meals are taken outside, food nothing special, just normal. for a four star hotel it should have better quality service in all aspects.
