Very disappointed- AI very very basic, little choice of food and we aren’t fussy eaters but they couldn’t even cook fries correctly - either barely cooked or shrivelled and cold. Drinks - weak. Rooms are beautiful though and each block has a pool, the water park is about an eight minute walk down the side of the hotel. There is NOTHING around so no where to have a wander in an evening and minimal entertainment.

Over all good but I’ll break it down for you. Room was great, very modern and over 2 floors, so lovely surprise as our family room. ( I don’t think they are all like this though). Staff lovely mostly, especially Nancy and the restaurant staff, she really helped us on the last day to go to a sister hotel as they were closing. All was well organised by them and helpful. The let downs were, a male receptionist was hard work and unhelpful. The barman gave me a cocktail 3/4 full in a plastic cup, 4 star? Bar service in general either was no one there or not good. Restaurant very disappointed for a 4 star and no fresh fruit apart from oranges and no real juice. Food ok but not what I expected. Also not necessarily their fault but water park was closed for most of our trip due to weather and them closing for season but it was one of the main reasons we booked here. When we did go which was twice, it was good and the kids loved it. Perfect and what we wanted. Local beach’s are nice and nicer beaches can be got to in half an hour on a bus directly outside. They also have very pretty grounds and gardens. All in all it was good but due to end of season and them closing , it felt like a struggle for what normally I guessing is better service and facilities. I’d recommend going in the peak session to avoid this though.

A life saver

This hotel was a life saver after spending 7 days at a different hotel and the being told it was closing tomorrow and you have to go to a different hotel we where more than pleased with it the food was excellent the rooms are excellent the staff are so friendly and helpful and the management was excellent the whole experience was excellent would recommend this to anyone we will go back you will be surprised how good
