We stayed at Belvedere Hotel for 4 days. Our accommodation there was amazing. First of all our room was very big and it had an amazing view at the sea. It was very very clean and tidy. The food at the restaurant every time of the day was amazing and really delicious.The snack bar and the pool bar were incredible and i wand to say a few words about the staff of the hotel. All the guys that they serve us was honestly the most polite, smiling and adorable staff i have ever seen in my life.I am so sad since i left Belventere Hotel but i hope to see all of you very soon. Thank you for everything!!!

It's well located,free shuttle to town and beach driver was brilliant, food amazing plenty of choice to keep even for fussy eaters happy ,the hole place was kept spotlessly clean throughout with the hard working cleaning staff hotel staff were very professional. But I'm sorry to say that the bed's were rock hard although the staff did try too make them soft by adding extra toppers they tried twice too accommodate the problem but to no avail,still uncomfortable night's sleep they could address this with a memory foam topper but were offered . Also our room must been near the main toilet system as every time someone flushed the loo which was at every 30 seconds at least kept me and my wife awake we were on the 3rd in block 1 this needs to be addressed as it's quite loud especially at night . Also the entertainment is very very monotonous and very children biased,I know it's a family based hotel but sometimes there there has to be time for parents to enjoy themselves together,me and my wife traveled with my daughter and husband and three grandchildren boys aged 9and 12 and granddaughter aged 15 and they were bored with the entertainment after 3rd day saying oh no not again,there needs to be more variety in the entertainment ,I know the guys entertaining work hard but all day and do there best but it needs more professional acts to cater for everyone. Please do not be put off by my review as it's just a personal view the hotel is overall good .I'm 63 by the way but me and my wife still like to dance and have a good laugh .

Perfect hotel and staff

I was transfered to this hotel because previous wasn't ready to open yet and felt dissapointed after reading reviews. But I just back yesterday and can't understand this negatives comments. All staff was so friendly and cery helpful. Rooms cleaned and towels changed every day. Always 2 fresh bootles of water in room. Findge avaible. Food in restaurants maybe not many to choose like in others but at the pools bars plenty and variety of differrent and tasty food. Nobody was hungry. Lovely Paulina and Georgie from massage team soooo nice ,perfect and lovely. Also called me Paulina as second name always came to say hello, also the restaurant guys or receptions. Everything was soo preety, nice,clean and Perfect.
