Very nice hotel

A pretty hotel, like a Grecian village, with two nice outdoor pools and an indoor pool. We had a quiet room as requested upstairs and at the end of the row with a sea view over roofs. We got there late and a cold plate and some fruit was provided which was very nice. The staff were very helpful and the room was very comfy although the double bed was two single beds with separate bed linen so a bit strange. The shower could only be used handheld otherwise it flooded the bathroom but it was good and hot. The location was really good for us as it is right on the edge of Hersonissos, which was too brash and noisy for us whereas this was lovely and quiet. There was a parking lot which you paid a deposit for which was fine. The hotel is quite hard to find in the dark and it is very close to the sea and quite dark! The food was good, particularly breakfast - all buffet style though.

Delightful place to stay

This hotel is set in pretty grounds about a mile north of Hersinossos town. It is not on a bus route but is within a pleasant walk of the main resort to the south. Across the road are small sandy beaches with lovely views along the coast. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and well furnished. A good number of them have private pools. We made good use of the pool by the restaurant. The one in the spa was supposedly heated but felt colder than the outdoor unheated one! Our room had a balcony on the top floor of a block towards the top of the site with views across olive groves and towards the sea. The food was delicious with plenty of choice for us vegetarians. The wine list was good and reasonably priced, with decent local wines costing 16 euros and upwards. Very friendly helpful staff. We enjoyed our stay and would be happy to return.

Spent a lovely time here last week, everything was lovely at the hotel, staff so friendly and welcoming. But I feel sorry we did not get to say goodbye to the restaurant manager, I don't even know his name, but he was so hospitable and friendly, so please if you're reading this can you pass on the message. The lady I managed to say goodbye and thanks too, and our last morning breakfast, I only saw him briefly, but the only time we didn't get to speak, but because we didn't leave till late afternoon, thought I'd see him again, so please pass on our gratitude. I was with my teenage son of 17. Do hope he gets the message as he deserves many thanks !
