Great stay - slightly judgmental to solo travellers

I had a great time at this hotel. The staff are great and the reception on arrival was great with cold towel and mint water. The room with the sea view was great. The ladies at the Creperie were lovely and made great coffee, crepes and waffles. The man in charge at the beach bar was very friendly and helpful. The food at the beach bar was lovely. The only slightly negative comments I would give is that it would be very helpful if it was made clear at check in that you need to scan the QR codes to get any information. There is no booklet in your hotel room to help you and it took me ages to work out what the number was for room service and to find a menu. This may make things difficult for older visitors who are not used to this. Also, as a solo traveller, this seemed like an alien concept for some staff. There was a little judgment when you had to emphasise you just wanted a table for 1! Also, many times in the restaurant if I went up to get something else from the buffet, I would often come back and find that my table was cleared even when I had a half empty plate and a full cup of tea and if I left my bag to indicate the table was still in use!! I would come again as the hotel is lovely and I would recommend.

Nice hotel and a lovely staff the bartender athanasis makes the best and consistent coffee of the hotel you can find her at the chessbar by the little pool I have been there for two weeks but looks like a few days

Stayed here 7 nights with a friend and cannot fault this hotel! Staff were absolutely amazing and nothing was too much to ask, anything we needed or required they bought up to the room. The highlight of this hotel stay was the staff arranged a bottle of Prosecco and a large cake with happy birthday written on it for a birthday in our party!! This was all booked through the awesome Mitsis App where I could chose date, time and location. Staff were so great they even came up to the room to check the we were enjoying the cake and Prosecco! The hotel entertainment was great, especially all the live bands and singers that got everyone up dancing! One thing we wished was the hotel entertainment went on a bit later in the evening, generally it was all finished by 10:30pm which we thought was a bit early. Overall a lovely hotel, with beautiful gardens and beach, very relaxing stay for all and guests of ages as well, can't fault out stay at all, highly recommend this hotel and their lovely staff.
