A FIVE STAR GEM

Just spent a week in this lovely hotel from the 12th -19th May on and all-inclusive basis the hotel has 4 swimming pools 3 small and a large pool with pool side bar I stayed in room 441 which was on top of one of the smaller pools which was perfect. The food in the hotel we found very good and was more than happy with what was on offer always plenty of choice, special thanks to Ani & Dimitris also the lady sorry I have misplaced her name who were quick to serve and always had a smile on there face nothing was too much trouble, also Kevi at the main foyer/lobby bar big thanks to you all. Used the spa services available I went for the full body Cretan oil massage it last 70 minutes but well worth the money Amthoula was the masseur thank you for a lovely massage excellent service. The beach is approx 400 years walk down which passes through the Gaia royal the sister hotel nice beach with plenty of loungers and umbrellas which there is a small charge for remember to take money down to the beach as the bar is not part of the all-inclusive package. You would often see the Manageress walking around talking to guests and making sure everything was ok clearly a person who cares for the hotel and guests. Every service provided in the hotel was excellent from the room cleaners restaurant staff I could not fault anything. Outside the hotel if you turn left 100 yards up the road is a car hire shop and supermarket and to the right you will find a cash till bike hire shop restaurant /bar, If you turn right out of the hotel it will take you down to another restaurant bar called Namaste which overlooks the sea lovely food and location.

Beautiful and stunning resort! Luxurious and clean, friendly staff ! Big shout to dimitre and anney at the bar from me and tequila Brian ! Made us feel super welcome from day 1 they are a credit to you. They kept guests entertained and welcomed days/ nights when there wasn’t much on to keep families busy And Georgia from the spa all get 5 stars from me . My only complaint was the food being luke warm I simply couldn’t eat it .. but there were salad options available. Food was great quality you just need to find a better way to keep food hot. Other than that ! It really felt like a palace ! —especially at night all lite up ! Beautiful Delighted with our stay

Still here felt compelled to reply to a review posted earlier this month about fish & ants & stafff…. This place is superb. Fastidiously clean, great fresh food, great variety, super friendly staff. Of course there are ants out & about. It’s warm & dry but no issue. 5 stars from me
