Once again thanks, staff and hotel are perfect. No complaints They have a few padded sun loungers around the pool. and plenty of room for people to enjoy their stay. Also they have 3 hotels that you can use the pools and beach ⛱️ bars and attractions are 5 minutes away.

RE-FURB desperately needed

Just returned from another holiday in Kardamena all was good except this hotel. it is screaming out for a re-furb especially the bathrooms in our bathroom the shower head didnt work properly also the shower curtain was dirty too short and too narrow for shower tray. The shower head was replaced with a new one also shower rail and curtain but it still didnt make much difference to the flow of the water from the shower head when the shower curtain got wet it would cling to your body (not a nice feeling) the hairdryer was also right above the sink which surely is dangerous. The music played around the pool area was constant loud nightclub music from 10am onwards. not the relaxing type of music you would normally expect for relaxing around the pool. I asked the barman if it could be turned down and he just shrugged his shoulders. We then asked the receptionist if it could be turned down and he went and spoke to the barman who then turned it down. As a guest why couldn't he turn it down when we asked. Like other reviews the other members of staff were very good. We have been returning to Kardamena for a number of years and have stayed at far better accommodation.

Once again we have enjoyed our stay at the superior. From check in to check out the staff from manager to domestic have been great and coudnt do enough for you. Yes the rooms are a bit dated and could do with a bit of tlc. The bathrooms are a little iffey, especially when wet, so, take extra care in there. The pool is great and CLEAN as a whistle, rooms cleaned daily too. The food, drinks and service around the pool bar are, cheap, tasty and well portioned and presented, Skemasti was my particular favourite. The staff work hard, but are always well mannered, polite and like to share a laugh. The superior rooms from 201 to 209 and above have very good views overlooking the Ageaen sea and various types of animal life also. I really enjoyed my balcony spending time watching things come and go. So a big thankyou to all the staff for making our annual break to kardamena another good one
