Had a wonderful stay here with exceptional service. Linda from reception was so wonderful and always smiling! The food was amazing so many thanks to the head chef! And the entertainment from the two South African ladies was incredible!! Marcellus

Not for the immobile

A friendly welcome and check in with bags taken to room for you. First impression a nicely set out complex but you have to be fit to get to your room! I have stayed in some hilly places but this one is the steepest. The pools were nice and pretty quiet only one with a bar the others a walk away so often went to supermarket instead to buy water/ soft drinks. Pool bar was the place for all drinks day and evening. 2 drinks per person - brilliant idea if they had stuck to it. Depended who you were as one day got told I couldn’t get 2 drinks ( lemonade) and an ice cream as my child was sat in the shade but visible to bar staff but was told to join the queue again for the ice cream. Later in the evening a large group were sending 1 person to the bar and getting drinks for them all? Food was lovely and good quality with the chefs working hard. Snack bar was disappointing biscuits left from breakfast or chicken nuggets. Live music once during the stay that was really good. Beds were never made or clean sheets given during the full week stay but when asked about towels they appeared daily on the bed. The outside areas were clean. Never saw the pool cleaned ( near the reception) during our week stay and was at the pool 7.30 in a morning although the area around it was cleaned every morning. A 10 minute walk to a shingle beach and 15 minutes into Kassiopi harbour. Taxi 5 euros. Worth a visit with a few shops , lots of restaurants ( some quite expensive) found a lovely crepe and waffle shop on a side road. The steep hill would put me off staying again as it was hard work walking to the room and I consider myself fit, possibly would return if guaranteed a room by reception.

cool place for holiday

This was our first holiday on corfu and it was perfect. The breakfast was super, also the variety of dinner - you can find something delicious all the time. The resort is a good place also for families. There is a big one and 2 other swimmingpools and lot of things what you can do - there is also tennis court. The beach is near to the hotel, great for a little walk. We were very satisfied with the service and personal was super friendly and helpful - you can feel it that they do it with all their hearts. Our room was clean. The greek event was perfect and funny.
