Location: Ok! Bus every 20 mins into Corfu town 3/5 Staff: Lovely every one of them 5/5 Room: Spotless 4/5 ( a kettle n tea and coffee would be nice) Food: 2/5: yes it’s luke warm (there is a microwave) yes it’s repetitive typical AL. We found something to eat but we eat anything lol. Be warned though the snack bar isn’t! It’s dry sandwiches between 16-1800hr Overall: An enjoyable stay but 4 days were enough

Checked out the same day I checked in the rooms was awful and the food choices was terrible and disappointing for an all inclusive stay had to change hotel the same day, will not recommend at all but the staff were nice and helpful which is a shame due to the actual hotel being terrible. Also, the hotel doesn’t look anything like the pictures online very outdated and a weird smell but that just might be from the drains.

Horrible and very disappointing I am so unbelievably disappointed! I am still at the hotel while writing this! We payed a lot to stay here for a week, all inclusive, from the 16th/23rd! There are four of us in total, after a full day of travelling we arrived at 23:15 on the 16th of May, we were pleasantly surprised by the look of the hotel! The staff are lovely! However, upon our arrival, the kitchen was closed and so was the bar. and we got told to go to a close by restaurant so we could have some Dinner, the 'sky view' restaurants kitchen was closed! So we went back to the hotel, they basically shrugged it off claiming there was nothing they can do! So we asked if there are any local takeaways as we were really hungry! We didn't get anything to eat until 1:30am!!! The next day we came down early to a very poor selection of breakfast... there is a microwave to warm your food up in and around 10 dishes to select from (this is also the same for lunch and dinner!) there are no entertainment staff or games/shows at any point during the day so we are being told off the reception staff to leave the resort and pay for entertainment! The pool was MERKY GREEN when I arrived and you couldn't see past your waste when in it, not to mention the smell of stagnant water and smelly drainage in the pool water!! Three days into the holiday the pool was clear blue and crystal clear! This showed us and completely shocked us to learn that we were swimming in dirty green water! I payed for an all inclusive resort for a reason! I do not want to leave the hotel for food and drink and entertainment or else I wouldn't have booked...ALL INCLUSIVE! My room on the second floor was nice however, the smell from the draining system in the bathroom was unbearable! My friends were moved to a completely different complex and I had to request a room swap as we came on holiday together and we got split up! The staff were very considerate regarding this and the reasons as to why and swapped us a new room in 706! The best part of this hotel is watching the planes land and take off! I have never felt like I have wasted so much money!!!!!! Especially with the cost of living crisis happening at the minute I'm lucky to have afforded this, so to get here and deal with this is so not fair! Me, my friends..and every SINGLE PERSON we have spoken to have said the same! In trying to please everybody they are failing and it is such a shame as to look at the hotel its beautiful! Unless you are looking for a boring and Expensive holiday! I would not recommend! We have been told more times than I can count, off the staff to leave the hotel and pay for food, drink, entertainment so many times it is ridiculous! I am really disappointed and cannot wait to go home! I wish I had the money to book an early flight . Too add to what feels like a holiday from hell my friends discovered yesterday morning they have BED BUGS. They are both covered after being told the rooms had been 'extra cleaned' I sat on the bed for 15mins max and I'm also now covered in them too. We then went and told reception about what happened the said we will give you a voucher for the cafe up the road WHICH IS PART OF THE ALL INCLUSIVE HOTEL , IF WE TAKE THE REVIEW DOWN , so we accepted and we understood something's happen we have no control over. HOWEVER we've come to use said voucher to find the kitchen is closed at the cafe and they've had to phone someone in to cover our meal. We feel we have been completely palmed off and bribed to not leave a review but at this point its a joke. hotel is a huge waste of money
