Absolutely dreadful. Don’t waste your money. Swimming pool filthy apartment key fitted every apartment. A couple walked in our apartment early hours of morning mistakenly. Decking by pool broken. Bannister on veranda loose. Plaster falling off building. We were moved hotel 10 days before flight because they over booked!! We booked this holiday 3 years ago couldn’t go because of Covid I suspect they found someone who wanted 2 weeks as opposed to our one. Jet2 moved us to another hotel 17km away from our family. Said we wanted to be together. Sorry forgot to say the first hotel we booked was over booked. Anyway the third hotel was loli village (dump). We asked jet 2 for compensation 22 nd September. They replied December. Saying they won’t compensate. Loli village your a disgrace. JET2 hold your head in shame. We waited a long time for that holiday. We won’t be using your shoddy airline again

On arrival to Ioli Village, was later eve. Greeted with having to pay £20 Euros Tax. Shown to room, & assisted in taking cases upstairs 1st floor apartment. We joined some fellow traveler's staying at hotel for a drink, before retiring to bed. Shocking night's sleep, Mattresses were solid. Heavy Curtains & Nets in bedroom were hanging on approx 4 curtain hooks. Which survived a few days then fell to the ground. Which we folded neatly & left in the bedroom. Pillow had Blood Stains on it! Which was taken away & another pillow in place. Notice says in Reception any stains left on Towels bedding etc a charge will be made, Really!!!!! Perhaps Clean towels sheets etc be given in the 1st place. As much as i Adore Animals I do not wish to have Stray dogs roaming throughout the grounds & Dog drinking from water fountain in grounds a night. Dogs howling, barking Late into night, cockerels crowing early hrs morn. 1 eve guest in another Apartment nearby were up all night on balcony enjoying themselves, kept several guest awake. Guard patrol waste of time. My friend & I were forced to pull out Sofa Bed in the Kitchen area & share for remainder of 2 weeks, otherwise we could not sleep comfortably at all. Bathroom towels were not changed by day 3, felt compelled to ask at main desk as a necessity not Luxury. Although towels were not changed at all they were just folded neatly. Lady finally changed towels & sheets more often, after we politely took it up with reception & the bins got emptied more frequently as before both Toilet bin & kitchen Bin was overflowing. Extremely poor drainage from shower, we had to be extremely careful in trying to make bathroom floor safe to prevent any accidents. Limited cooking utensils for a self-catering apartment. 1 saucepan, few items of cutlery, 1 colander, 2 cups & saucers, 2 glasses, never washed unless we bought Washing up liquid & cleaning materials. Nothing that we could have really self-catered with. Thank god we were able to afford to eat out. Shock horror we discovered EVERYONES FRONT DOOR KEY CARD OPENED EVERY OTHER GUEST FRONT DOOR. We discovered this via 3 young ladies who were staying across the landing, they had mistakenly gone to wrong No Apartment & discovered another couple were in bed who made them aware very quickly they had wrong Apartment. Hence my friend & I slept with Coffee Table up against Front Door. Swimming Pool had not be cleaned hence unable to use, Decking in great need of repair, nails sticking out overgrown plants near shower facility. Last day of Holiday, Pool staff (female) Member, Very Rude & Total disregard for any Hotel Guest had to ask another worker X 2 for her to curb her anger & her ranting behaviors. Sun loungers in need of repairs replacing. Think Staff were making the best of what they were able to do & were very pleasant & friendly, but Sadly Overall the Hotel needs to be completely RENOVATED, clearly lacks any upkeep of MAINTENANCE." What a pity Jet To Go" knew all this before we booked this Holiday was booked, because we discovered they had paid to have 30 Apartments renovated out of 100, from their own pockets. So please tell me Jet To Go what about the other 70, Cause this is where we must have been placed. Too late for a Rep to tell us last day of our HOLIDAY! Please don't say as the Rep did, had we known all the issues we would have moved you to a Different Hotel! JET TO GO SHOULD NEVR HAVE TAKEN OUR MONEY & BOOKED US AT IOLI VILLAGE because they Clearly knew all the issues. Thank goodness my friend & I did our level best to try to turn everything from a Negative to a Positive & got out of this place every day for as long as we could to try & make the best out of a bad situation. We met several other guest who felt the same wardrobe doors falling off the list is endless. God forbid if this Hotel opens next season in this state of repair. I pity anyone who would have to endure what we did. Really makes me sad to have to be so Brutally Honest in our Review, but all the above are basic Necessities for any Hotel.

I could spend a very long time about this place. It's without doubt the worst complex IV ever been to. The best thing about this place was the day I left for home. DO NOT waste your time effort and money here. How Jet2 are associated with this dump is beyond me.
