Het stadshotel ligt in een woonwijk aan zee, met mooie en rustige groene gebieden. De gasten vinden aansluitingen op het openbaar vervoer, restaurants en bars in de directe omgeving, terwijl de winkels en het nachtleven van Nea Makri op ongeveer 20 minuten lopen van het clubresort liggen. De stranden in Chinas/Marathon liggen op 15 km van het hotel, en de haven van Rafina en snelwegen naar Athene en andere gebieden van Midden-Griekenland zijn ook vlakbij. Het Marathonmeer ligt op 20 minuten rijden van het luchthavenhotel en het treinstation van Athene ligt op ongeveer 30 minuten rijden.Het van airconditioning voorziene zakenhotel kijkt uit op de zee, en is volledig gerenoveerd in een traditionele stijl, met respect voor het Griekse erfgoed. Er zijn in totaal 130 gastenkamers en de gasten worden verwelkomd in een ontvangsthal met een 24 uur per dag geopende receptie en uitcheckservice, een wisselkantoor, een garderobe en een lift naar de bovenste verdiepingen. A beachfront hotel that offers nice accommodation & good food! Actually all you need to have rest and good time :). The staff is friendly, helpful and polite. The room was very sweet and clean and we spent lots of time at the swimming pool area. The food (which is always an important issue) was super tasty, many options mainly based on mediterranean cuisine. We loved it there, and hope to visit again.

Hidden Gem on the beach

My daughter, sister and I stayed at this resort following a cruise. When I booked, I did not realize it was an hour from Piraeus cruiseport (but is 30" from airport) but this turned out to be a fabulous decision. We arrived long before our room was ready and were warmly greeted by Marilena. She told us we were early, but they could let us into our room earlier as one was available. She invited us to eat breakfast first. We returned to reception after a breakfast which consisted of Greek specialties, eggs, sausages, many kinds of bread and rolls, cold cuts, and fruit. Magda , the manager then greeted us and if there is a prize for friendliest and nicest manager she wins! Our room was immaculate (as is the whole property). We had a beautiful ocean view room with a very nice balcony. We found the beds to be very comfortable and other amenities included a small refrigerator, a bathtub with shower, plenty of storage space for longer stays and plenty of ports to charge iphones, ipads and other devices. We had the inclusive plan, so all meals were included. The bounty of homemade food was astounding. We had returned from a cruise on a Greek cruiseLine and hardly had Greek specialties, so we were thrilled to have homemade dolmades, moussaka, zucchini fritters, baklava. The food was fresh and plentiful, and beer and wine are served at lunch and dinner. The food is homemade on the premises so is very fresh. The property is right on the ocean and one can likely snorkel in warmer weather. There is an outdoor pool and we also used the indoor pool and hottub as it was a bit chilly to swim. The grounds are immaculate and well kept. There are numerous sun loungers and plenty of outdoor table and chairs to encourage outdoor dining. As it is not quite tourist season most of the restaurants were still closed so the inclusive plan was great. The area was quiet and safe. We did not have a car so did not explore much but we were told that there is a mall and a wonderful zoo nearby. If I return to Greece, I would stay here again. Magda and Marilena (as well as the rest of the staff) were friendly, informative and clearly invested in ensuring that guests have a wonderful stay.
