Dit stadhotel ligt midden in het hart van Athene, direct aan het St. Constanine plein en tegenover het Nationale Theater. Het Omoniaplein met de belangrijkste winkelstraten en bezienswaardigheden kunt u gemakkelijk te voet bereiken. Bovendien vindt u vlakbij het hotel een halte van het openbaar vervoer (op ca. 200m).Het in 1937 gebouwde, en in 2003 gerenoveerde, hotel beschikt op 4 verdiepingen over in totaal 40 kamers, waarvan 36 tweepersoonskamers en 2 suites. Tot de inrichting behoren verder een 24uurs-receptie, een bar, een van airconditioning voorzien restaurant met niet-rokergedeelte en een openbare internetterminal. Bovendien hebben de gasten de beschikking over was- en roomservice.De comfortabel ingerichte kamers beschikken over een badkamer/wc, haardroger, telefoon, draadloze internettoegang, minibar, koelkast, airconditioning en een kluis.De gasten kunnen het ontbijt zelf aan een buffet samenstellen.Vanaf de luchthaven Athene kunnen de gasten het hotel met de metro (ongeveer 45 minuten) of met de taxi bereiken. De Nationale Straat in de richting van Peloponnes ligt op slechts 250 meter van het hotel en biedt de gasten de gelegenheid het drukke verkeer van Athene te vermijden.

The breakfast they serve is excellent but they don't have restaurant to serve lunch or dinner. The receptionists are very cooperative but the hotel needs to improve on its decoration, lighting and other amenities. Being located in the heart of the city the facilities should be best available.

Delphi Art - a little gem

The hotel is a little shabby and has seen better days but it’s full of character. All areas of the hotel are well worn but very clean. Our room had a balcony with direct view of the church. Hotel receptionists are friendly and extremely helpful with good knowledge of locality and Athens in general. Yes, some of the surrounding areas are not great open drug use on some of the back streets is common. Homelessness appears to be a major problem but that can be said of many cities around the world . Exercise common sense and caution and you’ll be fine. Delphi Art is well situated for seeing the sights of Athens good value for money. I would happily return. Thanks guys for a great stay, hopefully the owners will invest in this property without taking away its character and compromising its value for money.

Can’t sleep at all

You won’t be able to sleep because school students in study trip are allowed to run and scream and slam doors at night with no control from their teachers nor from the hotel staff, who do not seem to care about other guests. Not recommended at all.
