One of the best customer service experiences I've ever had.

The hotel is wonderful, the rooms are quite small but that's to be expected in Paris; however, our room was very clean, and the bed was quite comfortable. We traveled with our two young children and the king sized bed was very lovely, the sofa bed not quite though our kids didn't have any complaints. The location is very good, only a few blocks from multiple metro stations so it is very conveniently located. There are also good bakeries and restaurants with half a mile walking distance. The area also felt safe, and it was really nice and quiet at night, our sleep was never interrupted. I've buried the lede enough; let's talk about the amazing customer service at this hotel! First of all, Deborah at the reception is an absolute angel. Our daughter fell ill with an ear infection while we were there and Deborah found us a doctor that spoke English and would be able to see us on the same day, she did some other additional things that really cheered our daughter up (I'll keep them to myself because I don't want to create unreasonable expectations for others). To say that Deborah went above and beyond is an understatement, she single handedly ensured that we stay at this hotel again next time we are in Paris. The rest of the stuff is also wonderful, from the person that made us coffee in the mornings at the hotel cafe, to the rest of the reception staff that while obviously very busy still found time to call us a taxi and give us directions with a smile. The room team also didn't disappoint, we didn't even have to request that they made the sofa into a bed; they noticed we had kids with us when we left the hotel to explore the city and when we got back that night the sofa bed was made and ready for our kids to sleep in. Deborah and the rest of the Novotel team really enhanced our Paris experience, we are very grateful to them for it and can't wait to go back!

Excellent hotel in a great location near to public transport and / or within walking distance of many places, restaurants, bars etc but still pretty quiet.. very friendly staff and a very clean hotel.. didn’t eat here but the bar had all the drinks you’d normally want and prices pretty similar to anywhere else in Paris.. we’d definitely stay here again if / when we are back in Paris, a city we loved. A special note too, the hotel made a great gesture for us as it was our first visit to Paris.. very much appreciated..

This was a great hotel conveniently located near the Montparnasse Gare in Paris. Our rooms were clean and the beds were very comfortable. The staff provided excellent customer service. We enjoyed breakfast onsite which offered a wide assortment of choices, including fresh fruit and pastries.
