Dit hotel ligt direct aan afslag 25 (Muehlheim) op een van Duitsland's grootste snelwegen, de A3. Het is ook dicht bij Wiener Platz en tussen de commerciële gebieden van Keulen en Leverkusen. Lost Dress

I been going to Holiday inn for almost all my work trips, this time unfortunately I forgot a dress in my room, I know it was my mistake, but I called the same night to ask for the dress and the front desk person told me he did not have anything in his lost and found items, he asked to call the next day to double check with the cleaning people, I called for the next 3 or 4 days sent an email and they told me they will keep an eye to see if may be my dress was found, I’m 100% sure I left the dress in that room, I even sent a picture of my new dress, at the end they told me the dress was not found and just like that they gave me not solution, once again I know it was my mistake but honestly thought I was going to get a much better costumer service considering we have a Diamond IHG status

A little bit far from the city center if you trip by public transport. Helpful front desk the night desk helped a lot on 16 Jun also Mr Denis was very kind in morning hours. I will come back here again.

A nice hotel with pleasant staff. It's a bit out of the way but accessible as long as you are happy to research the public transport. Has a McDonalds next door so you would never starve! And there is a Lidl a short walk away. The sofa/camp beds could possibly benefit from being updated as sitting/sleeping on those wasn't particularly comfortable but the main beds were comfortable. Breakfast was continental and pleasant. We would stay at the hotel again.
