Het driesterren Novotel Suites Berlin City Potsdamer Platz hotel nodigt u voor een ontspannen verblijf in Berlijn in een suite van 30 m². We had very nice staying at hotel. Location is in very city centre, S-bahn station around the corner. Also supermarket and cafes. Room was big enough for 4 person (2 adults and 2 children). Clean, cozy, new furniture, big bathroom with bath and shower, big TV and comfortable beds. Room has very good darkening curtains - good for daytime sleepig for kids. Very good breakfast. At the lobby there was playground for kids. Minor shortcoming was only 2 chairs in the room and it´s vise to have a beakfast rather earlier than later, as there can be quite big queue. Definately will recommend for families!

Worst ever experienced with Novotel

Check in no keys working every time need assistance from hotel staff which takes 10-15 min waiting, if you don't book breakfast in advance they won't allow you to go and take breakfast paid service even they deny for 8 yr kid very rude and strange behaviour from hotel staff .

Functional spacious hotel

Functional, good value hotel. Large rooms/comfortable twin beds. Microwave and kettle. Location is convenient for buses and S-Hahn train. We did not take breakfast. There is a good bakery serving croissants and coffee just 2-3 minutes away on foot. Only negative is that lifts are overwhelmed in early morning, but it is possible to descend by stairs. The check-in staff are very helpful. The lobby has a coffee bar, but I never saw it operating. There is a Lidl supermarket 1-2 min walk, which closes on Sunday like most shops in Berlin. Hotel is not actually on Potsdamer platz, but a few min walk. Not a problem. I think they have a parking garage, but we came by train. Wifi is spotty, fades in/out.
