Het hotel bevindt zich aan de zuidkust van Cyprus op het Griekse deel van het eiland, op een afstand van ongeveer 4,5 km van Limassol. Het complex wordt alleen door een kustweg gescheiden van het brede zand-/kiezelstrand. Op een afstand van ongeveer 1 km ligt het winkel- en vermaakscentrum Yermasoyia. Een aansluiting op het openbaar vervoer bevindt zich in de directe omgeving van het hotelterrein. De transfertijd naar de luchthaven Larnaca bedraagt ongeveer 1 uur (ca. 70 km).Het in 2004 gerenoveerde hotel beschikt op 6 verdiepingen over in totaal 130 gastenkamers. In de van airconditioning voorziene ontvangsthal bevinden zich de receptie die 24 uur per dag geopend is, een hotelkluis en ook een lift en een lobbybar met een gezellige zithoek. Tot de voorzienieningen van het huis behoren onder andere uit een tv- en ontmoetingsruimte en een internetaansluiting (tegen betaling). Hoogwaardige gerechten en dranken worden in het uitnodigende restaurant geserveerd. Tegen betaling kunnen de gasten gebruik maken van de wasservice van het huis. Er is parkeergelegenheid beschikbaar.De in de typische stijl van het land ingerichte kamers van het hotel beschikken alle over een eigen badkamer met toilet met haardroger. Alle gastenkamers zijn voorzien van een telefoon, satelliet-/kabeltelevisie met radio en een kluisje. Airconditioning en verwarming worden centraal bediend. Op verzoek zijn er kamers met een koelkastje beschikbaar. Bovendien beschikken alle wooneenheden over een balkon.

Dirty bathroom, mould all around the bath. Soap dish hadn’t been cleaned in weeks , slimy shower curtain. This was in a room I had been moved too, because I refused to stay in the first one. Plates never heated, food Luke warm if we’re lucky. Cat’s putting their paws up to the table while you were eating your meal. Weak orange squash at breakfast. No decaf coffee. More cat’s occupying the beach beds than guests. If you put your towels on the bathroom floor , they were just folded up and hung up again. When I asked for the sheets to be changed they just changed the pillow cases! It was stated that there would be entertainment twice a week. There was none in three weeks. It was stated that there was a sauna and steam room. Well there was, it was broken and I was told it wasn’t going to be repaired. It said there was a pool table , there wasn’t! I could go on but there so many other things. I reported all of this with photograph proof to Mercury Holidays. They had the nerve to offer me compensation for three weeks of £31.32p! I gave them a week to improve their offer or I would be writing a report on Trip Advisor! I have heard nothing so here it is! Do not stay there!!

Room small and basic. Reception and hall large and welcomming. Traveled in January so can not comment about swimming pool. People working here attentive and responsive. Stayed only one night, bed and breakfast - basic but more than enough food. Did not get the room with a sea view, bit walking distance from the sea and lovely pubs/ bars local shops. Tiny carpark but we had no issues. Worn out carpets, curtains but cleanliness was ok so for the cheep price served the purpose perfectly.
