We travelled as a family in April low season so actually ayia napa was nice, warm and fun. The hotel was perfectly fine, super shame the water park wasn’t opened yet but the pools are alright. Rooms and cleaning fine, beds pretty solid and not the most comfy. only problem is if you have younger kids and a few the two rooms you get are seperate so you end up in one or seperate adults to cover the kids lol. Staff all nice across bars and restaurants, entertainment ample and okay we don’t spend too much time at entertainment anyway, I believe in summer it’s all down the lower bar. Hotel good location for walking to harbour and beaches, beautiful coast line both directions. Food, now the food is actually alright we only ate out one dinner and one lunch for our week which was lovely. the people who say there is no variety are the ones that queue up at the kids bar lol. Every night was a different theme plenty of options some hit and miss but we all (11 of us) managed to get a decent lunch and dinner each day. The breakfast was the worst meal of the day, and the fruit was always the same, there was a pancake chef but apple orange and lemon is not the ideal to top your pancakes lol! I stuck to toast and egg and a bit of fruit after. The mikel Miguel (not sure) coffee shop round the front is a good coffee run for the morning if you like good coffee. We loved our resident cat and hedgehogs and all the lizards nearby. I can see why people would find the rooms noisy in season but honestly our kids sleep through anything and out of season we experienced no noise past 12. I would not choose to return because we generally don’t go to a same place twice but I would not be opposed to it either. Bus route outside cheap and easy too. Little fridge for your extras you might need. All in all the stay was alright

Never again will I stay at this hotel food is terible so ate out most of the time all inclusive wast of money .alcohol drinks had no alcohol in them room was full of ants all over my tooth brush and toilet sprayed them but did nothing so had to move rooms and then found them on the bed. No kitchen of any kind so nowhere to put the kettle no spoon to put coffee or sugar in cups small room for a family of 5. Cleaners was good and the aqua park was the best thing about the place. But after all the ants we were paranoid and kept itching the rest of the time we was here because of all the ant bites we got even the q5 month old had them.

Before booking I read so many negative reviews about this hotel, but it was lovely in every way. Relaxed and friendly, our room was spacious clean and opened right out onto the pool. Lots of people complaining about the food, but it was delicious and could only be a problem if you’re a fussy eater! Location was great and an easy stroll to shops bars and restaurants. I travelled here with my children and we all loved this holiday. Really good value, despite the water park being closed.
