This is a lovely hotel. It is basic, has a pool which is fine and serves good food that is priced well. We ate at the hotel quite a bit. For all round value, location and service, I would definitely return. Only down side, our room view was not the best. It was one side of the apartment block. We were 4 people in a one bedroom apartment and the sofa beds in the living room have wooden slats down the middle making them uncomfortable. Cooking facilities are minimal but sufficient for the odd bit of cooking. You pay extra for air conditioning which we needed in the bedroom in October. Weather was perfect and still around 30degrees. Apartments are clean and maid service was almost every day. Staff are lovely and very friendly. There are a mix of nationalities at this hotel and ages too including elderly or retired, young couples and families. It is around 10/15 minute walk depending on which way you go, from the main strip therefore in a quieter area at the edge of Ayia Napa. There is an excellent grocery store across the road and down the street on the corner. The owners are lovely. It is the best stocked in the area but prices are expensive in these local shops so if you plan to self cater then I would look for a larger cheaper supermarket. Piggy’s butchery is very nice. It’s straight along the road. We also visited the barber along the road and again he was good. The bar staff will phone you a taxi to any of the beaches. They are also full of excellent advice and educating stories on Cyprus. The kids preferred Napa beach as it was busy, had music and lots to do however it is not as clean as Makronissos beach but still great fun and the water is beautiful but salty. The sea is warm enough to swim in October. I used Mike Cyprus taxis to collect us from the airport and take us back. Again, a good service. He kept in touch by email and quoted me in advance along with picking us up at 2am. Disappointing water park. It is the most expensive (the vouchers if they exist are hard to come by). It is also not very appealing and the worst I have been to so far which was disappointing. Beautiful country although expensive and a great friendly hotel. Would return. .

5 out of 5 It’s fantastic hotel Very comfortable Very friendly staff who the family altogether run it together . Very Quiet in September no kids about . Weather is beautiful! Friendly customers Foods at the bar is brilliant run by tommy and his brother and also his sister . Very nearby to town and restaurants. Would definitely go back again next year Nichola from Newmarket in Suffolk

Fantastic apt hotel ,very well run ,staff excellent can't do enough for you ,can't fault all the staff , good choice of food ,you will not find a happier hotel for atmosphere we love it will always go back yr after yr love it
