A wonderful holiday

The hotel never fails to deliver. We have been visiting this hotel now for the last 20 years or so and although we do try other places, hotels and countries we keep coming back here. It is just so comfortable with obvious thought having been put into the way the hotel runs. The rooms are comfortable and the housekeeping staff do a wonderful job of keeping them clean and tidy - the turning down service which includes chocolate is something to look forward to. We stayed in room 549 in the West Wing which is a slightly larger room with wonderful sea views. It amazes me how well the windows block out the noise from bars and hotels further into town. Breakfast is always plentiful. I have seen some complain that the choices are the same each day but really there is so much choice that you could have something different each day for a good week before having to repeat. The fresh fruit at breakfast is such a lovely treat and the staff are attentive and friendly. The pool area is kept very clean as are the sunbeds, tables and umbrellas. Towels for the sunbeds are provided by the hotel and can be changed every day but you may need to do this early during peak times. I love the fact that you can book your sunbeds for the duration of your stay - and there are plenty to choose from both around the pool and on the beach area ! So long as you are on your bed by 10.30am then they are yours and there are pool staff on hand to sort out any issues. The buzzer system on the umbrella to call for a drink is genius although again you might need to walk to the bar during busy times but it really isn’t far. For me the proximity to the beach is just perfect - it is literally just down a short boardwalk from the pool. It was great to see this year that there have been some upgrades to the gym equipment with new fixed and free weights added and again a member of staff on hand if you need help - this helps to offset some of the wonderful food that we were eating in Ayia Napa during our stay. All the staff who we have encountered here have been friendly and helpful, we had some unexpected business paperwork to sort out this year and the reception staff were prompt and efficient in assisting with this. We will be returning in September and are looking forward to seeing everyone when we come back.

I went on holiday here, it was a lovely hotel I would defiantly recommend. Very clean and good service. I recommend the spa. Very polite staff and very helpful. Would definitely come back again!!!!!!

I went on holiday to this beautiful hotel, spa was amazing!!!!!!! Friendly and helpful staff, highly recommended! Will be back soon! Drinks food were lovely! Pool was lovely, very clean! Was relaxed the whole time
