Dit hotel ligt midden in het toeristische stadscentrum van Ayia Napa.Het in 1981 gebouwde appartementencomplex telt 2 verdiepingen met in totaal 42 appartementen Voor de gasten van het hotel is er een ontvangsthal met receptie die 24 uur per dag geopend is, een hotelkluis, een wisselkantoor, een bar en een openbare internetterminal (aan de receptie). Saty here for a week on the 10 may 2023 was a bit worried about reading all the negative reviews about this hotel. The hotel was nice and clean staff were friendly and helpful if you had any questions when I needed to arrange a late checkout. The rooms were cleaned every second day. There is a well size pool that has plenty of sunbeds and also has a big pool bar which dose a wide range of cooked meals and wide range of drinks. I would stay here again bar street is about a 8 minute walk and centre of Ayai Napa is about 15 minutes away. Room 44 block B

Truly amazing, wonderful holiday experience

We went for a couples break in October 2022, after reading the reviews I was honestly so worried, however do not trust the negative reviews! The hotel was amazing and super clean! The room was lovely and amazing, the bar was open every day and night and christos was truly amazing, thank you so much for helping make our stay memorable! The food was amazing, the location was perfect for us. Our room was amazing and spacious! The only downside for me was the aircon, you had to have the doors closed for it too work and it was chargeable for each unit. However we didn't need it the full stay, but that was the only real small con. We are looking at coming back again in 2023 and I can't wait honestly! Thank you again for an amazing time

This is by far the cleanest and friendliest hotel apartment complex I have ever visited in my life. Staff went above and beyond, no request was turned away. Manager and bar man Christos was brilliant should be on the stage he is so funny. Sat and spoke with owner on couple of occasions, very friendly very open and easy to get on with. Hotel only 10 minutes walk to the strip with lots of bars and restaurants and 15 minutes walk to the beach. I will definitely be going back in the next few months. Haven't enjoyed a holiday this much for a while. Highly recommended.
