Dit hotel is gelegen in het toeristische centrum van Puerto de la Cruz, op slechts 20 meter van Martianez strand en 150 meter van het beroemde Lago Martianez. De directe omgeving biedt commerciële wijken met winkels, boetieks, bars en restaurants. De luchthaven Los Rodeos Airport ligt op 26 km afstand en de luchthaven Reina Sofia ligt op ongeveer 100 km van het hotel.Dit hotel beschikt in totaal over 290 kamers, verdeeld over 12 verdiepingen. Het beschikt over verschillende faciliteiten waaronder een ontvangsthal met een 24 uur per dag geopende receptie, wisselkantoor en een lift. De gasten kunnen genieten van de 2 bars (muziekbar en bar bij het zwembad met een à la carte restaurant) en het grote buffetrestaurant met terras en cocktailterras met uitzicht op zee. Great holiday great hotel great food

We stayed here for one week it was excellent the good was lovely the staff were friendly and very helpful our room was on the 11th floor as I don’t do heights I went down and asked if we could be moved it was no trouble for them we were moved to the 2nd floor overlooking the swimming pool and the sea the room was lovely and clean I would definitely recommend this hotel and I will definitely be going back the hotel is located in Puerto De La Cruz which also is a lovely area.

We can’t wait to be back!!

Where to start??? We decided to go Tenerife for my friends birthday and we booked a room in sol Costa Atlantis.. we did not know that our expectations would be exceed to the top. The hotel facilities, decoration, view, staff… everything contributed for us having one of the best holidays ever! The food was amazing, the location was perfect… the weather wasn’t great for the first 2 days but the sun came shining for us on the last 3 days of the holidays We would like to say a big thanks to Roxana (hotel receptionist) for making our experience even better. Such an asset to this hotel company, very friendly and helpful and made us feel at home. SHE NEEDS A RAISE Secondly, we would like to thank Isabel (from the restaurant) for taking such good care of us.. not only her, but most of the staff there were so amazing to us. Thirdly, the cleaning team.. our room was always so clean and organised, new towels and bed sheets! We are so grateful for this experience and this people. We are definitely going back and we totally recommend this hotel if anyone is interested in going to Puerto de la Cruz

A proper honest review.

This hotel was lovely. I stayed here with my family on 28th April - 5th May. The hotel staff were fantastic. We didn't have any issues here at all. Someone else has commented on their review labelled "most honest review" that there are no kettles in the hotel unless you pay extra, they are correct, however if you look at these reviews you would know that before you arrive. If you're that desperate for a cup of tea you are able to bring a travel kettle as there are plenty of plugs. This is what we did. However there is tea and coffee making facilities in the restaurant. The rooms are quite basic, but on holiday you're likely only sleeping in the room so you wouldn't spend the majority of your time in there. The pool was lovely, very nice temperature and plenty of sun loungers (majority are reserved by people placing towels on them very early, so if you want shade I would recommend to do the same). We never had any issues with the pool staff, if you're nice to them and treat them with respect, they will do the same. The Bali beds are extra and there's 3 of them but there are plenty of alternatives with seats by the bar and the sun loungers mentioned above. Sun doesn't leave the pool fully till around 17:30-18:00pm don't know what the review previously was on about... Restaurant was very good too, the food was hot and tasty, wide range of food available to suit your needs. Breakfast was lovely too, bacon was tasty, wasn't rubbery at all (local bacon not the sort of bacon you would get back home, which is a given as you're on holiday). Scrambled egg wasn't too bad, but again it's not how you would get it at home. Beans weren't in a thick tomato sauce is was a little thinner but they definitely weren't watery. Wide range of sausages for dinner and breakfast, all very tasty and no issues at all. They do have some local food aswell, like fried milk for example, wasn't a massive fan of this personally but it's a local product so I tried it. You can request fresh food cooked to order at breakfast and dinner, they offered fresh eggs and omelette, pancakes for breakfast and I had squid a couple of nights and it was cooked perfectly. They also had pastries and food to cater for everyone. I never needed to use the microwave at all, didn't even know they had one to be honest with you as the food was fine. Desserts were nice too, wide range of selection again, fruit, cakes, ice cream/mousse and jelly. Reception were very helpful, my sister is disabled and they ordered a taxi for us to get to loro parque. More than happy to help their customers, always greeted you as you entered the hotel and always welcoming. The evening bar was great, relatively cheap, for example, I paid 9 euro for a Jack Daniels and coke which was lethal, it was half a gin glass, the measurements were very impressive. The bar staff were very nice too, no issues with them at all either, we were very impressed with the service and tipped them for their service. The evening entertainment was nice too, they had singers and a saxophone guy on the nights we went to the bar at the hotel. It mentions about fridges on the previous review, there isn't any in the room which is a shame, but there is literally a shop directly across the road where you can buy a bottle of water for a euro so I don't understand their complaint with that. The vending machine is pricey, but just got to the shop across the road and the issue is resolved. No evening entertainment? It isn't butlins, if you want entertainment to get everyone involved you've come to the wrong place, they have entertainment, but you're not going to have magic shows for example. The beach is as expected if you do your research into it. It is rocky and black sand, there's nothing stopping you walking on the beach it's still nice and this isn't the hotels fault, it's not their beach. This shouldn't affect the hotels rating. The crabs on the rocks were the best bit, they were great, some of the biggest crabs I've seen. Was fascinating watching them climb in and out of the sea and scuttle across the rocks. You can swim in the sea further down the prom too, they have lifeguards and you'll see lots of people in there swimming, it's a pebbled black beach again but it's easily accessible and definitely worth a look. All in all I'm very impressed with this hotel and would recommend it to anyone. I just want to reiterate that the hotel staff are very nice, if you treat them nicely and say thankyou when they take your plates or get you drinks for example they will treat you nicely back, it works both ways.
