Dit aantrekkelijke strandhotel ligt in een rustige omgeving, in een mooi landschap op een kleine verhoging van het Taoro-park, waarvandaan u een schitterend uitzicht over de Puerto de la Cruz en de kust heeft. Direct achter het hotel bevindt zich het schilderachtige dorp Orotava en de bergspitsen van de Teide. Naar het historische centrum van Puerto de la Cruz met winkelmogelijkheden en vele restaurants, bars, pubs en discotheken is het ongeveer 1 kilometer. Op werkdagen rijdt er voor de gasten een hotelpendelbus. Naar de zee is het ongeveer 900 meter. De mooie plaats Santa Cruz, die de moeite van een uitstapje waard is, bevindt zich ongeveer 37 kilometer van het hotel, de rijtijd hiernaartoe is ongeveer 25 minuten. Naar de luchthaven Tenerife Noord is de afstand ongeveer 25 kilometer.Het in 2002 gerenoveerde hotel beschikt op 8 etages over 182 kamers, waarvan 4 suites. I was lucky enough to spend two weeks in this marvelous hotel while running two teacher training courses. Everybody on both course, around 60 people, we overwhelmed by the kindness and convivial staff, the quality of the breakfast, the local musicians, the inviting rooms and the wonder of waking up under the gaze of the Teide. Thank you so much to all of you.

Husband and I have stayed here a few times now. They always accommodate any special requests. We only have breakfast but the choice and quality are lovely. Everywhere is very clean The pool area is superb and the lush gardens on the edge of Taoro park are beautiful. Only bug is we’d prefer a walk-in shower which is only available on ground floor. We love the view on the fourth floor. We will return.

We returned home a few days ago after a wonderful week staying here. The hotel is about a twenty minute walk to the seafront, or you can take the shuttle coach there and back which the hotel provides several times a day. There are gardens surrounding the swimming pool and it is a lovely place to relax. There is a wide choice of food available at breakfast, with fruit, cereals, a variety of breads and hot food such as scrambled eggs, sausages and baked beans. The evening buffet is particularly recommended with soup, salad and choices of hot dishes of fish or meat, vegetables and a range of different desserts. All of the hotel staff work are friendly, helpful and hard working. There are activities such as card games, chess, bingo or darts in the afternoon for anyone who wishes to take part. They really are good fun and are organised with enthusiasm by Erica resulting in much happiness and laughter. She also takes hotel guests on visits to nearby towns by local bus on certain days. The spa treatments are very good value for money and well delivered by the therapists. We thoroughly recommend staying here. It was one of our most enjoyable and memorable holidays.
