Dit aantrekkelijke hotel uit de middenklasse is rustig gelegen, ongeveer 1km van het dorpscentrum met idyllische haven en tal van winkel- en amusementsmogelijkheden. Het hoofdstrand van Puerto del Carmen met fijn zand bereikt u na ongeveer 1km. Er zijn regelmatige busverbindingen.Het biedt zijn gasten een groot zwembad- en tuinlandschap, een ontvangsthal met 24 uur geopende receptie, en televisiekamer, openbare internetterminal, een gezellige bar en een van airconditioning voorzien restaurant. Voor de kleine gasten zijn er een miniclub.De smaakvol ingerichte kamers beschikken over een ruime badkamer, een gecombineerde woon/slaapkamer, een aparte slaapkamer, telefoon, televisie, ventilator, huurkluis en een balkon of terras.Buiten beschikken de gasten over een verwarmbare zoetwaterpool met separaat kinderbad, een snackbar met zonneterras, ligstoelen en parasols.

Beds clean rooms dated food standard pool ok o water slides for kids pool snacks a joke I sandwich you don’t get a choice you have to pay for ice cream and crisps !! No air con you can hire a fan a iron a kettle that should be in the room anyway Not disabled friendly 1 good thing is staff are friendly If you want cheap And not cheerful this is the place for you

Firstly this is a budget hotel ive stayed in worse for the price ive also stayed in better... Check in was fine smooth and quick The room wasn't ready until 3 but that's standard in England aswell and there was a shower room to change in. Pool area is very small not sure how it would accommodate if hotel was at full capacity there is an upper area but steps then down to pool and bar. Sunbeds are also chained up until between 10 and 10.30 which is annoying when breakfast starts at 8 Drinks at pool bar are ok peach schnapps is vile however Restaurant we never ate in of an evening but breakfast was lovely and lunch was ok Staff are very friendly Room was not very clean shower was boiling or freezing floor was filthy foot marks all over bath and sheets were damp on arrival fridge was falling over and rooms had a horrible smell . The bed was also a 3/4 bed and not a double very tight for 2 people. It was also a way out from the main strip and a very steep walk down to the old town. Taxis are a must really... For what we paid i didnt make a fuss about room 270 all inclusive 4 days However i would not return or recommend based on location and needing a room update/clean Would also not recommend to anyone with walking difficulties loads of steps and very steep to walk anywhere outside hotel.

I would highly recommend this hotel. I can’t fault it at all. Great staff and facilities.

Brilliant hotel, food and staff were lovely. I can’t understand why they are so many bad reviews. Not far from the airport and close many bars and restaurants. I would highly recommended the catamaran day trip. All in all a great place in my opinion
