Fabulous time here. All staff work exceptionally hard and help with anything they can for you. Cannot fault anything about the hotel. ( although there will be some whinging brits who just love to moan) ignore them. They should go to Rhyl. The hotel is spotless. lots of choices for food. Peter the entertainer is great and all staff do a fab job easily stepping into each others shoes.

Fantastic Holiday Will Return All 8 Of US!!

We arrived here as a party of 8 on the All INC basis (4 couples) we were checked in quickly and vicky was lovely on reception. Rooms were spotless and just the right size for what we wanted as we arent there to spend time in our rooms, We had a fantastic stay. A few things could of been managed differently but nothing major. The staff work very hard here, rooms are cleaned everyday and towels every 2 days, yes thy are understaffed which did sometimes result in a wait at the bar for drinks and the All Inc snacks need to be looked at epecially when the german guests think they have an entitlement to jump the que and put their hands on the food instead of using tongs!! The entertanment guy Peter was absolutely amazing and was always on hand to get the guests involved in activities he is a credit to your hotel. Also Britt behind the bar/reception was fab very friendly and always up for a laugh even when ques were big. I have to mention ED aswel he was lovely always polite and always has a smile on his face. Food was ok as all inclusives go but people that moan about the food are purely just moaners yoou will never go hungry there was always something there to eat. Our biggest moan was the pool it was very hot outside about 35 plus degrees and pool was like an ice bath never any guests in it did mention this a few times to be told pool heater was turned off april we all love the pool so this was our main grumble. This is defo not a 4 star hotel maybe 3,5 but if you want 5 star book it elsewhere but you wont be dissapointed rooms,hotel are kept immacualtely clean. i read on a previous review about people going out at 7am to place towels on beds this is rubbish there are always more than enough beds we admittedly did put towels out but there were 8 of us so wanted beds together but it was never frowned upon and a few couples did this also as they had their favourite spots but rest assured there are plenty of beds. Also on this previous review it was stated about the group of "Brirish that were drunk and pests" that was our party and we were not drunk and being pests at all we were simply enjoying ourselves on our holiday that we work for and interacting with other guests and staff never once did we have a complaint and we were definately not as described in that review by the germans. This is definately not a place for younger people but rest assured we will definately be back...... Thankyou

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. Great staff especially Nienke en Britt, the Dutch interns from the reception. JThe rooms were always very clean, so a special thanks to the cleaners! A nice pool area with sunbeds. And the hotel is really close to the beach. It was a perfect holiday for us.
