Modern hotel with great drinks and food options

Looking fresh and modern hotel with great drinks and food options in all inclusive, decent size pools and comfortable rooms with big showers. Staff was all time friendly and cheerful. Great services for departing guests. Door are not sound proofed so there might be noise from corridors - especially sound of cleaning staff troleys in the morning. I will be definiately back!

A well-kept hotel that caters for an adult population but some children are encountered. Most guests are from Germany. The hotel is spotless clean and the premises are looked after. The staff are friendly and helpful. All guests are on all-inclusive deal. The food is good but variation is slightly repetitive (no themes) but the drinks are unfortunately substandard especially the wine and coffee. Some very basic daily entertainment is offered. Only rooms in higher floor have sea view. Good WiFi-signa. There is no SPA-service.

Fabulous hotel but not ideal with children

Half way through our one week stay here and cannot fault it at all. It’s a beautiful hotel, very clean, amazing food and very friendly hardworking staff. We are a family of 3 our child is almost 9 and we have managed just fine with the lack of entertainment towards children but others may not like it. The pool is very quiet and doesn’t have any music at all and no activities. It seems to be mainly older visitors and a lot of Germans who do like to stare but you kind of get used to it. We have had no trouble getting sunbeds as I’m up early everyday anyway and when I’ve gone to put towels out at 7.30-8am on the advice of other reviews people had already been out before me. There is an endless amount of food & drinks both at the restaurant at meal times and Pepe’s pool bar. There is a supermarket a couple of minutes walk from the hotel too. The beach is a 15 minute walk and you do need to walk up and down a lot of steps to get to it. It gets very busy down there so would advise going early to get a sunbed. We went to the Yumbo centre lastnight and had a fabulous time in Ricky’s Bar watching the drag show. The weather has been fantastic and we are all very much enjoying our holiday. If you prefer a quieter hotel without lots of noise and children this is definitely the hotel for you. We are staying in the garden terraces by the pool that are the family rooms and it’s lovely and spacious with a huge shower and the cleaners come in everyday ans have it looking pristine. There are robes provided and toiletries. There is also a complimentary mini bar that is re stocked daily. You are most definitely taken very good care of here.
