Great hotel with great staff

I have never completed a review of a resort before but I thought I had to after my experience at the Mirador Maspalomas by Dunas. It was possibly the best resort I ever stayed at, the resort itself was the same as every other resort I have stayed at but was the people, the staff who set it above the others. I have a child with dietary requirements and am used to just being told what my child can eat. At the Mirador, every night the chief came out and took me around the buffet and told me what ingredients were in the dishes. The staff encouraged me to tell them if my child would like something in particular to eat and they specifically bought items for my child. On they first day after we landed I went and bought items for my child that I have had to supply in other resorts but to my pleasant surprise these were supplied on the breakfast buffet the next morning. The staff were really friendly and could not help you enough. The food in general could not be faulted, a good choice, in my house I am adventurous when it comes to food and my husband slightly less so, but we both came away from the buffet pleased, I really enjoyed the sushi and every night there was a fresh fish option. The rooms were clean with a daily cleaning service that supplied fresh towels.

Wow we’re do I start with this could not fault a single thing from start to finish all the staff were friendly and always smiling, the rooms cleaned every day food was great to lots to choose from. The entertainment team were absolutely amazing they had everyone included and there was constantly something to do all day there prescience we’re around making fun all day and night for adults and kids. Evening shows wow is all I can say especially the variety show done by the animation team was jaw dropping. Great team aswell all seem to work very well together as a team I will be definitely returning here next time I’ll be taking my little boy with me.

A Lovely Holiday for Family.

Gorgeous pool and amenities, entertainment was a solid 7/10! Food was a 7/10 also... not the best for picky eaters (aka, my whole family!) I, however, am not a picky eater and really enjoyed the food! The hotel room was very spacious and our balcony had a lovely view of both the sand dunes and the city. Something to note also, THIS IS NOT THE PLACE TO GO FOR A QUIET HOLIDAY!! There are lots of families with younger children, and therefore the entertainment and most of the resort is catered to kids.
