Het middenklassehotel is direct aan zee, aan een kleine, natuurlijke baai, waar u kunt gaan zwemmen. Naar het hoofdstrand is het ca. 800 meter. Tal van winkels en mogelijkheden om zich te vermaken bevinden zich in de directe omgeving. Een bushalte is vlakbij.Het aparthotel werd in 1990 gebouwd en in 2002 compleet gerenoveerd. Het heeft 8 verdiepingen met in totaal 195 kamers, waarvan 57 eenpersoonskamers en 138 appartementen. Tot de inrichting van het hotel behoort een ontvangsthal met 24-uursreceptie, hotelkluis, vijf liften, een minimarkt en een kapsalon. In het gastronomische gedeelte zijn er voor de gasten twee gezellige bars en een restaurant met niet-rokergedeelte en een buitenterras. Tevens kunnen de gasten gebruik maken van een speelkamer, televisieruimte, een internetterminal (tegen betaling), een wasservice en een speeltuin. Zakenreizigers hebben de beschikking over drie conferentieruimtes.De appartementen hebben een gecombineerde woon-/slaapkamer, een badkamer, haardroger, telefoon, minibar, koelkast en een kluis.In het buitengedeelte vindt u twee swimming pools (één met zeewater), een kinderbad, een gemeubileerd zonneterras en een poolbar. Tevens zijn er twee bubbelbaden, en sauna en solarium en een fitnessruimte. Tevens heeft het hotel een massageservice, biljart en tafeltennis (gedeeltelijk tegen betaling). Bovendien zorgt een animatieprogramma voor afwisseling en amusement.

Fab hotel can't fault it rooms beautiful views outstanding food really nice needs to be a 4 star to be honest only fault there's nothing to do outside canny little beaches but you can always jump on bus to we're ever

After reading several mixed reviews, whilst not wholly apprehensive about the hotel we did have some reservations prior to arrival. However, upon arriving at the hotel we were greeted with a spotless, bright and very welcoming reception area and helpful staff. Our room was large and well appointed and also very clean. Plenty of storage spaces, bathroom was clean and large and great views from the balcony over the pool and out to the sea. The air con in the room left a lot to be desired as with many hotels like this one. A very gentle waft of cool air came through, but leaving it on all day did cool the room down a bit. That said in hotter times I’m not sure how effective it would be! Onto the amenities: The pool is great, clean and whilst we were there, usually sun beds available. There are always some people who are down at 5.50am to claim sun beds (why, just why!?) but most people were relaxed and enjoyed a leisurely breakfast! I will say though, the floor around the pool and into the bar is extremely slippy. So much so we had footwear on at all times and still managed to slip and slide. The pool bar serves drinks all day, with soft drinks, beer and a few others all self serve so no queuing. Food from the pool bar is pizzas, a few deep fried bits and some prepared snacks like toasties. I’d heard about the steak on the rock but can’t say I was impressed! And the calamari was like shoelaces! The food in the main restaurant left a lot to be desired though. If variety be the spice of life then this place was under seasoned! There was a standard salad bar, bread, bits of cheese and meat each night but not the best selection of the latter. The hot food selection didn’t fare much better. There was a couple of freshly cooked items each night, but could range from prawns to hot dog sausages. Other than that it was a garlic chicken (every lunch and dinner!), chips and a few other bits. Safe to say whilst we didn’t go hungry we weren’t exactly satisfied. The entertainment was a bit hit and miss too, the kids disco was pretty standard and I think we were too early in the season for the kids club, however, they enjoyed using the soft play. I will say that the early evening drinks in the pool bar watching the sunset was a highlight though, fantastic views! Other guests were European with a good mix of Dutch, German and Scandinavian with a smatter of English. Made it better than most places that are wholly colonised by Brits! So how to frame this place overall, fantastic setting and a great hotel in terms of cleanliness, staff (all excellent and happy to help), facilities. Just let down by the variety and selection of food (and by the way no signs of food based illnesses per previous reviews). If they took that up a level then I’d have no hesitation about returning!

Amazing views, good amenities, poor food

Traveled with a group of 10 people from pre-school kids to pensionaries. We had rooms at the higher floors and the views to the pool area and sea were amazing. Overall, the hotel was quite clean and our requests at reception were quickly responded to. Room cleaning lady (Pepa) was very friendly and efficient. Rooms had plenty of cupboards and storage space. The traffic noise from the street can be disturbing as the bedroom is at that side of the building. Spa section was very nice and offered calm atmosphere over the typically hectic pool area. Sun beds were usually reserved by 7:30 am, so better wake early if you want your spot by the pool. We used the game room every night but unfortunately several attractions were malfunctioning - reception kindly returned the money we lost to the pool tables. Unfortunately, 7 out of 10 in our group got some kind of food poisoning or other stomach bug and we lost a day to the bathroom. Apparently many other rooms were facing similar issues based on discussions with other Finnish travellers. Hotel didn't seem to care much for the epidemic or at least failed to communicate anything towards this. We had all-inclusive passes and ate at the restaurant and pool bar regularly. Restaurant offerings were quite a bit disappointment compared to our previous similar experiences. Food options were quite limited and it seemed like the options were the same from day to another. Restaurant offered more like a school cantine experience from breakfast to dinner. It would have been easy to improve the atmosphere e.g. by adding table cloths for the dinner and perhaps offer wine pouring to the table. The staff were courteous but busy and seemed to only focus on collecting the used dishes. For a bigger group like ours, we often had to move the tables around to get our group into same table. There are several nice beaches within walking distance which we also visited. We also enjoyed a day trip to Puerto de Mogan with a ferry on Friday (market day).
