Het charmante hotel ligt op een heuvel met uitzicht op de hele Costa Calma. Het lange zandstrand ligt op ca. 900 meter afstand. Ieder uur rijdt er een bustransfer vanuit het hotel. Winkels, bars, pubs en restaurants kunt u binnen een straal van ca. 300 m bereiken, het centrum van de Costa Calma is op 800 meter afstand. Een halte van het openbaar vervoer vindt u vlakbij het hotel.Het in 1996 gebouwde en in 2011 gerenoveerde hotel heeft een 3 verdiepingen tellend hoofdgebouw en bijgebouw met in totaal 202 kamers. Het gebouw ligt aan een hoofdstraat en heeft een ontvangsthal met 24-uursreceptie, een wisselkantoor, een garderobe, een lift, minimarkt en een kapsalon. In het moderne gebouw vindt u een bar, een speelkamer en een van airconditioning voorzien restaurant met niet-rokergedeelte en kinderstoeltjes. Bovendien is er in het gebouw een openbare internetterminal en buiten is er een parkeerplaats. Een wasservice en een medische dienst ronden het aanbod af. Tevens is er voor de kinderen een miniclub en een speeltuin.De smaakvol ingerichte kamers hebben een eigen badkamer met wc en douche, haardroger, telefoon, satelliet-tv en een koelkast. Tevens horen airconditioning, een kluis (tegen betaling) en een balkon bij de standaard.De gasten kunnen in het buitengedeelte beschikken over een swimming pool, een pool-/snackbar en parasols. Voor de sportliefhebbers is er bananaboot, tafeltennis, squash, aerobic, een fitnessruimte, boogschieten, basketbal, beachvolleybal, jeu de boules en minigolf. Verder is er een massageservice, biljarttafels (tegen betaling) en een sauna. Het animatieprogramma zorgt voor afwisseling en amusement.

I've worked in the hotel industry for nearly 30 years and it's very rare I write a review about my visits unless there is an exception. This hotel is in great location with amazing staff, everyone of them smiling from the front desk to housekeeping you are credit to the hotel. I would like to mention one person who stands out above them all and that is Bianca. From moment I arrived until my departure this lady went above and beyond with evey question answered in the most professional way. This lady needs promotion or a pay rise because she is one of the best front office people I have come across and believe me I've stayed In alot of hotels around the world. Thank you to all the team and I will see you soon ❤️

Second visit and it’s lovely to be back

Second time visiting. Visited the same month last year and had a lovely relaxing time. Same again this year. Staff are lovely, helpful and welcoming. Accommodation and food are great. I will definitely be back again.

Okay for a cheap and cheerful break

The hotel was clean functional. Nothing too special, the whole area has really suffered in the last few years - lots closed inc. Tourist info. Staff were as helpful, a bit of Spanish was appreciated. Food was basic and repetitive, not like some of the other reviewers photos but drinks were generous. Its €10 to rent towels and €1 for plastic cups both refundable. Beware timings, when they say breakfast / lunch / dinner ends expect it to be about 10 mins before also all inclusive stops once the bar in the lobby closes and you get charged. The spa is €15 to use and treatments were fairly costly / comparable to UK hotel proces
