Dit aantrekkelijke hotel ligt op een heuvel, ongeveer 200 meter van het centrum van Golden Sands. Het wordt slechts door een strandboulevard van het fijnzandige, langzaam aflopende zandstrand gescheiden. Het strand is via trappen gemakkelijk te bereiken. Tal van winkel- en amusementsmogelijkheden alsmede restaurants, bars en pubs vindt u in de onmiddellijke omgeving. Openbaar vervoer bevindt zich op ongeveer 400 meter van het hotel.Het in 2000 gebouwde hotel beschikt over een 7 verdiepingen tellend hoofdgebouw met in totaal 115 kamers, waarvan 110 tweepersoonskamers en 5 suites. Het gebouw heeft een ontvangsthal met receptie, hotelkluis, lift, kapper en een cafDe comfortabel ingerichte kamers hebben een badkamer met toilet, haardroger, telefoon, satelliet-kabeltelevisie, internetaansluiting, minibar/koelkast, airconditioning en een balkon.De gasten beschikken over een overdekt zwembad, een zoetwaterpool met kinderbad, zonneterras, pool-/snackbar, ligstoelen, parasols en een sauna.

This hotel is old and rundown . We arrived late at night and the room was very nice clean and comfortable. No tea coffee or water in the rooms. Breakfast was awful little choice and did not look good . Get a new cook and clean the outside of the hotel.

Sashko - the animator

I want to especially congratulate the animator Sashko. We were a whole group and we were extremely fascinated by it. Very kind, cheerful, sociable - certainly contributed to our good mood! Playing with it was really fun! He knows how to entertain and does a great job! A thousand thanks!! Unique!!

Run and don't look back

We have rented 3 rooms for 4 nights. It was bad from the very beginning. In one room there was no toilet paper, shower gel, shampoo and soap for 2 days. In another room, the toilet seat was in the middle of the bathroom, right in front of the shower. In one room, the mirror was in the back of the TV. In none of the rooms the refrigerator was working. In some rooms, the air conditioning system was not working properly, meaning that you could not control it or turn it off. Overall, the hotel is far from a 4 stars one. On the outside, it was very dirty. Cleaning is made in a strange manner, at 8 a.m., when guests are serving breakfast. So, basically, there is no cleaning during night time or early in the morning. The outside tables are sticky all day long. The equipment is not working properly. Coffee machines were brocken on a daily basis. They are providing only instant coffee, which is very bad. The food is bad, reused from the previous days, not very tasty and in few varieties, repeated almost everyday. Now, the worst part: when we have made the reservation, there was no specification about a green or an orange bracelet. So, when we've got there we've received green ones. We didn't know there were 2 types and guess what? The green ones didn't allow to go to the sand beach! Even there were seats available, we couldn't rent because we didn't had orange bracelets! We went to the reception desk and the manager, instead of showing some empathy and to try to solve somehow the problem, started to yell at us! A very ugly soul, unfortunately. We were ready to pay extra for the orange bracelets, but it was impossible. I told them that if I wanted to stay at the pool, I could stay at home and save the money. The bartenders didn't want to serve alcoholic beverages to our daughter, claiming she was underaged, but she is 20 years old and the bartenders didn't want to check ID. As for the resort itself, what can I say? Garbage everywhere, trash bins full, garbage and toilet smell. My conclusion is that if you want to punish yourself, then go ahead and book a vacation at Kaliakra Palace.
