Just to say we were a group of 9 and we had an amazing week at the hotel. The hotel is located just beside the slopes. Everything was top class ranging from the breakfast to the dinner and the sauna is just the icing on the cake after a day on the slopes .

Very awful hotel and disgusting

Very bad hotel , they cheated us by photos on booing engines , room soo dirty, doors for the room broken cover sheets for the beds not clean , toilet so disgusting also not clean and all the night the water was running on the broken floor , certain is very disgusting , the receptionist is unqualified she took for more than half an hour for searching our reservation, We asked her for wake-up call and she forgot, it’s so great for booking without breakfast to not try their food

Positives first: central location, great view from my room, helpful receptionists. Negatives: my room was smelly (I had to leave the balcony door open all the time), the carpet was very badly stained, the plastic covering the mattress creaked, bathroom fittings & piping had been removed without bothering to make good afterwards, the tooth mug holders are broken so it's just as well there were no tooth mugs, the furniture was archaic. Breakfast was basic.
