Dit hotel ligt direct aan het fijne zandstrand in het gebied Luna Camping, op 10 minuten afstand van Byala en Obzor. Haltes van het openbaar vervoer vinden de gasten op 2,5 km afstand en om te winkelen kunt u Bourgas of Varna bezoeken (60 km). Cape Emine bevindt zich op 16 km, de oude binnenstad van Nessebar op 45 km en het hotel ligt op 45 minuten rijden van de luchthavens van Varna en Bourgas.Dit onlangs gebouwde strandcomplex is omgeven door ongerepte natuurlijke schoonheid en het kristalheldere water van de noordelijke Zwarte Zee. First let me say your hotel is lovely right on the beach can't fault the cleanliness staff were excellent and the food was excellent the things I didn't like was we stayed in the last 11 nights in September the water park was closed and also closed the Italian restaurant and next door they served snacks at dinner time which was good for us as we had small children the last couple of days they were packing things up and closing shops would not come back in September

I will start with the good points the hotel room was lovely very spacious with a huge balcony and a lovely view. The staff are moody and rude apart from literally a couple of them especially the woman in the shop in the hotel, the food isn’t very nice at all apart from one night because they were celebrating something, It’s mainly German guests who are also quite rude there is nothing to do at this hotel it advertises entertainment which there’s the odd quiz at night time we chose this for the water park which was closed the shops in the hotel are a load of rubbish and close earlier and earlier by the day also they advertise panini bar which is also closed if you like a boring holiday surrounded by a bunch of rude people and a horrible choice of food to chose from this holidays for you if not stay away definitely not a 4 star

Stayed here for a week by accident ,our hotel in sunny bay closed early so chose here due to the exceptional reviews . All the good reviews are spot on ,staff smile and are most helpful, hotel is spotless rooms cleaned every day. So much choice of food in the restaurant you won't go hungry . Great English breakfast and huge choice of continental. No loud music to annoy you . Great bars and bar staff they work so hard, plenty of snacks available. Great entertainment during the day and evening in the bar .. Partner went for a Bulgarian massage and she thought it was great and well worth the money . Obzor Town is OK and they run a cheap shuttle to take you but you can walk along the beach to get there in 20mins. This is really a beach holiday, eat drink and relax which was perfect for us . Only 2 gripes I have 1 could be fixed by the hotel and the other is out of there hands . 1 please put a kettle in the room so coffee or tea could be had first thing in the morning. 2 and I know this is out of your hands but so many wasps on the beach does ruin the experience a little . Would I stay here again........oh yes most definitely looking forward to coming back next year . One tip if you smoke order your tobacco from the local shops its half the price of duty free. Thanks again we had a great time .
